Unprofessional!! Asked me to say my social security number out loud I said No Sir I will write it down then shred. He acted put off and angry I asked him his name he whispered where I could not hear him I had to ask a 2nd time. Horrible service glad I have my main accounts somewhere else Mr Keys.

No online bill pay for loans. So I went to the location to pay directly. They won't take anything but cash or check...no debit cards or transfers. I haven't had a check book in 20 years. And I don't carry thousands of dollars in cash on me. This place, their web presence, etc are stuck in the 90s. Only account I have that is this archaic. Guess I'll setup an electronic check through my bank for now, but I will be moving this loan to another bank ASAP. Get with the times, ANBTX.

What bank closes at 3:00!!!! I was looking to get information about opening a business checking account, but they are closed! I guess I will be going somewhere else with my business!

Well, just when you think a bank can't get any worse, this branch amazes me. Going to drive thru Friday afternoon, we waited 10 min for someone(anyone work here?) TO Greet us. We sent in our deposit in silence, after a few MORE minutes, our transaction was sent back, COMPLETED !! Not a word...not a question if we needed anything else, if we received our deposit receipt, thank you for banking with them... NOTHING. HELLO AND GOOD BYE...NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH TODAY??? And a Happy New Year to you, too. Hope you find a different job in 2019... since you are not trained in customer service at this branch. Go to Kaufman or Terrell for training in Texas baking services.

If you guys can't implement a new system without shutting down your customer service then you do not need to change anything. The new online banking has halted ya'lls customer service. I have been waiting for a deposits to occur for 3 days now and can't get ahold of anyone but an automated system waiting list that nobody cares to pick up. Poor business guys y'all can do better.
