Everyone was really nice and the place was bigger than any other anytime gym I’ve been to! The trainer they have, Louis, was really helpful and very creative with his core exercises. They are definitely effective but you have so much fun doing them that you forget that your abs on fire!!

The gym has everything I need to get back in shape. I like the app lets you know how many ppl in here. My only thing is I like to be hot when I workout and these fans giving me goosebumps. Overall I’m pleased with what I’m paying for.
