Interact more with your customer especially if they have been waiting for 2 hours to transfer data after purchasing a new phone. I literally watched 3 other customer that came after me get new phones and left while I’m having issues with my new iPhone 15 pro. Seemed like I was a ghost while I had to wait 2 hours to get my data transferrer and my numbers changed. Literally had to tell the manager to switch numbers on my devices, no incentive as much of “ we apologize for the long process”. I didn’t even receive my receipt for what was done that’s how unprofessional my experience was. I don’t know who the manager of this store is but man you need training on customer service and valuing your customers time.

WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!!!!! I don’t recommend them at all very unprofessional and all the employees are sitting down on their phones waiting to see who will get up to help a customer. DONT even bother to see or figure out what the issue is on plans and bills etc.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely the WORST business I’ve ever heard of staffed with the MOST unprofessional manager I have ever encountered who does not comprehend what a managers role is. Very disrespectful to his customers. All the reviews that go way back from numerous customers just constantly talking about how rude and unprofessional John the manager is. They definitely are not lies. The good reviews for him were either paid reviews or they caught him on a rare good day. The staff here will lie to you to make a quick buck and should not be in business representing AT&T. **EDIT** TO ANYONE WHO DOESNT BELIEVE THIS MAN IS TRASH, THIS IS STRAIGHT FROM THE MANS PUBLIC FACEBOOK PAGE. THIS IS WHAT HE THINKS OF HIS CUSTOMERS. COMPLETE TRASH!! Wow! The Forney ATT store has really stepped up. Had an issue while out of town & was actually helped by the manager of this location. My issue was quickly resolved. Loved the friendly environment & how I was treated in this location. As a home health nurse, I’m on the road a lot so being able to have my needs met while on the road is super important to help meet the care of my patients. Great job!

John was absolutely amazing! My business account needed attention, due to a former employee being let go, I needed access to be restored to one of the phone accounts. He was able to not only unlock the phone but restore access for me! He was very thoughtful and truly helped me! Would recommend to anyone!!

Do not bother, you will only have one bar everywhere.
It’s ironic that ATT has a store in Forney but there is no signal in Forney at all. As soon as my phone was paid off, bars dropped to one bar and load times for every site is sluggish. The ads come right through for everything though, so you can enjoy ads.
Just don’t bother getting ATT, you will get nothing but frustration.
Before ATT fires up a soft apology and respond, do not bother. Customer service has never been ATT’s expertise. Always fruitless and frustrating with nothing but excuses as to why I never get service anymore.

Poor customer service. The rep appeared disinterested in the whole process. She did not want to repeat herself and if she was asked to she was rude. Before the sale was final, I asked her to go back and allow me to pay a deposit into the phone but she declined with a reason that she was already past that part. As if her go back key had been disabled.
