This store sucks, the manager John sucks, the employee Cory sucks and little silly chick that snapped her neck at me rolling her eyes suck. The worst Customer Service ever! If I had a button to push, I would close the store down, (straight trash)!

Wow!! What an amazing experience!! My iPhone was taken while I was at work, and Cory did an incredible job making the experience seamless and putting me at ease in the process because as we know, not having your IPhone can be a bit stressful. Especially as a realtor. ? In the process, Cory was sure to mention my offers for other devices and the conversation of an IPad came up. I went through with purchasing that as well and walked out paying $124 up front and the rest on a month to month payment. Fantastic experience and very much appreciate the diligence of the staff. Btw, John drove from Forney to Terrell JUST to get IPad since they were out of stock here. Way to go above and beyond!! This Forney store deserves all of the recognition. Cory even trained in the process. Lucky trainee!! Thank y’all for making what could have been stressful, a wonderful experience. Their guest service went above and beyond! I appreciate that!!

I went to get assistance on 2-5-24 on setup of voice-mail for new ATT phone. Past experience of no help, unless they sold something , was again repeated. Four sales people were together talking (no customers) and one said "call customer help". I complained about lack of help (repeatedly) and one said "get VERIZON ". I WILL!!

The male workers working there are really rude.. I went in there for a trade in question & they were really disrespectful. It’s bad enough that phone stores always take forever but with rude workers, it just doesn’t make it better.

We were told that the new phones would only cost $5.99/month, some special they were having, then we got charged the full price.

Went to ask how to setup voicemail on new ATT phone. Four sales people chatting together. Obvious they knew how, but one stated "call customer service". I made a comment regarding lack of help when I visit the store. One man commented smartly "Get Verizon". Guess what: I will & I recommend the same to all.

The only problem was I personally called the store to see if they had Iphone 15 Pro in Blue and Neutral , They said yes so we drove from Terrell to Forney. Getting to the store we were greeted but then later in the conversation,the employee says that they don't have the color they said they had/what i asked for. With all that going on , The manager I believe tried to upsale us on an phone they told us was there with "accessories" and at the end they didn't give us an apology or anything for the inconvenience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm not sure if it's laziness or something else that compels the employees to be of no help at all, but I was very dissatisfied after visiting this location twice for help, only to be told that they can't help me or even make an effort to do so.Went to another location and they gladly helped me with my issue. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again.
