The people that work at this location are very kind. No complaints there. Also, Bank of America offers good interest rates on loans and I like their online banking system. I think Bank of America can do better with their hold times. Generally if I call in I wait for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes more. I would give 5 stars if y'all could fix the hold time for every single department. Recommendations: longer call center hours, hire more representatives to be in the queues.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would put zero stars. This branch is the absolute worst Bank of America branch to ever go to. They have like one person working a line out the door all the time when I needed to open a business account, they didn't even have anyone available. I had to make another appointment with a different branch in a different city. Do not come here if you have to go to another branch. This is an awful branch.

Ms. Pat was delightful and attentive to my banking questions. Thank you for your service!

I've been a customer of B of A for almost 30 years. This is, without reservation, the worst branch location I have ever done business at. I made an appointment online, because you can never talk to anyone at the branch of course, to get documents THAT REQUIRE A B OF A FINANCIAL ASSISTANT TO COMPLETE, done to finally be able to disperse my deceased mother's money in her trust checking account after fighting with B of A's Estate Services department for over 6 months to get them to release the funds (in 5 figures). The appointment was for today (6/21/22) at 10:30am. I get there at 10:15 only to be met at the door... who by the way knew my name because of the appointment... only to be told they couldn't open the branch because they didn't have enough employees to open the branch. You have got to be kidding me. One of the largest, richest, most profitable banks in the world can't get people to work? In addition, the lady tells me that she couldn't help me anyway because I needed to call... ready for it?... Estate Services. "I tried to call you", which was a blatant lie. I work from home, as does my wife, and neither of us got a call on our cell phone or the home phone. Absolutely incompetent branch. To put frosting on the cake, I try to make another appointment and call 4 branches ranging to about 20 miles away... only to have the automated answering systems just hang up on me... AFTER I called estate services again and they gave me branches and numbers to call. THEN I tried to make appointments at any of the branches (not Forney, got me nowhere before) and every day I click on says, "Sorry, no appointments available for this day, try another one." Absolutely pathetic. There is not a way to contact their corporate headquarters in NC, there is no place to call to file a complaint, just an email to send to what I'm sure is an unmonitored email box to the President of Retail Banking. And I'm expected to trust this company with my money? I'd give minus 5 stars if I could.

Worst Bank of America in the metroplex, consistently terrible. Understaffed and indifferent.

Garbage customer service. Closing my account after 15 years of loyalty. Apparently they mixed up identity on my own account?! Well thats funky. Leaving to a bank that appreciates my transactions

Terrible. Always short staffed, slow. Drive Thru is never open. Last week the systems were down and I was unable to deposit cash.... Will be finding a new bank, sick of wasting my time.

7-11 Not a BoA! Its Next door under the overpass on the right. Update next day, just found out I'm a victim of a skimmer. There was a skimmer in the drive thru atm. My account was hacked. But BOA made it right so I'm good now for the most part.

The branch in Forney is terrible. Always changing their hours, Usually only one teller who is very rarely pleasant to deal with. Got rid of the drive up teller a while back and ATMs are quite often down for maintenance. Very inconvienant for business owners.PS this has nothing to do with COVID-19. Has been like this way before!

This is not a BOFA. It's a 7-11 convenience store. It has an ATM, but not a Bank of America ATM.
