Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars because of the new manager Tania Rafeh. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and her customer service was great. Staff is very professional and experienced. Its a night and day difference from my last visit.

My husband and I have been clients with BofA for just over 11 years. We have always had a great experience with their team, but this location is very helpful. Tania, the Bank Manager was absolutely fantastic! We were on a very limited timeframe with the closing of our home loan and needed the funds to close out in time. She was extremely professional, personal, kind, helpful, and truly stood for everything Bank of America would want in their employees. So, THANK YOU, Tania! You are the reason families like us stick with this bank. We appreciate everything you did to help assist with our banking experience!

I had a situation with my account that I couldn't handle over the phone and BOA off Hwy 80 had no appointments. I still went hoping I could get help, I meet the manager Mrs. Tania while waiting in line, and not only was she compassionate for my situation but she stopped what she was doing to help. I thank her for her customer service and compassion and will always rank this BOA staff tier 1.

They closed everyone's account in my family for no known reason. The man we talked to just said there was nothing anyone could do up to the CEO which I don't believe. We tried to get our money out in cash because we were told they hadn't been completely closed only to be unable to do so. Apparently this is happening widely across the country with many other branches of this bank. Now I have to find another bank and until then I have no access to the money in my account because I need a bank to cash a check. Absolutely ridiculous.

The people that work at this location are very kind. No complaints there. Also, Bank of America offers good interest rates on loans and I like their online banking system. I think Bank of America can do better with their hold times. Generally if I call in I wait for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes more. I would give 5 stars if y'all could fix the hold time for every single department. Recommendations: longer call center hours, hire more representatives to be in the queues.

Tania Rafeh was an angel sent from heaven. I had lost my credit card and could not get the telephone nor computer systems to acknowledge my request to cancel the card. She handled the situation efficiently and with great patience for I was very concerned. She is definitely a "to go to" person. She gets results, which is wonderful in this current financial market.

Avoid Bank of America if possible . They're operational hours are less and do less. They want to do eveything by appointments. So if you have something you need you can't and aren't allowed to walk in and get it done. They'll say you need a appointment so they want to help you at their convenience not yours. It doesn't matter that they are not busy and you show up during business hours. They have been nothing but give and no take . I've been with them for like 20 yrs. I'm closing my account and banking elsewhere. They want to apologize don't apologize for not giving good customer service . Do more go back to what was known as banking hours 9-5 have more bankers available bank of america needs to lose the thought that everything can wait and everyone can bank at their convenience. The following day I was able to open a account online with capital one . Maybe bank of america needs to catch up with available ways to help provide customer service at their customers convenience not theirs.

We made an appointment to notary services and when arrive they said they don’t notarize affidavit.Just waste of timeI have being customer of Bank of America 5 years for my business and over 20 years for personal accounts

I have been trying to get through to a real person at this branch for over 30 minutes. This right here is why I am seriously contemplating switching to US Bank. This has happened to me on more than one occasion over the years. I've been with Bank of American for almost 20 years and the service is just terrible. The woman who finally answered the phone was extremely rude and when I asked to be transferred to a branch manager she sent me to the automated system.
