I’ve used Big Jays for multiple things and everything has come out great! I’ve sent in city uniforms that need new patch work, I’ve done my sons soccer team jerseys, I’ve done regular shirts (Valentines, Swifty shirt, vacation shirts) and recently got some school Valentine stickers personalized for my Swifty loving kid and my Minecraft loving kid. If you want something done, 99% of the time Big Jays can do it. I only say 99% because I’m not trying to be quoted for something wild someone wants personalized LOL. Highly recommend stopping in the shop!

Exceptional service!! Jay went above and beyond customizing my hoodie and sweatshirt. He went as far as printing on the spot and even let me watch the process which was really neat. Thank you Big Jays! I will definitely be back.

I stopped by Big Jay’s this week for a personal order and I am sold! The ladies at the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in and we quick to let me know they could handle my request. While talking with them, Jay himself overheard us and came out, introduced himself and came up with a quick solution to my request that fit my budget and my husband’s request, AND on a better timeline than I originally had hoped for! After talking with Jay, there is nothing they can’t do! Not only will we continue to support them through school district orders, they will now be our go-to for custom orders. It was a great way to kick off the holiday season! Thanks Jay and team!!!
