I was then introduced to Casey who also recommended by another local auto shop. The customer service was outstanding from the front desk to the body shop. The turn around was even better along with the communication during the day while my vehicle was there. I highly recommend giving Capital Collision a shout for any job!!!”

“I had a sensor that got pushed in from a light rear end tap that was preventing me from being able to reverse without activating my emergency brakes and SETH IS THE MAN. “Gator Backs!

I stopped by because I hit a gator back on I 30 in Dallas. The gator back caused the underlining of my daughter’s Honda Accord to dislodge. I just wanted some advice on what to do. I spoke with Ashley and she took a look at it and told me it was the protective cover under the car that was loosened. We pulled it in the shop and she had Ron take a look at the underbelly of the car. In their cooperative professional opinion “ it was a few fasteners that had popped loose.” I thought this was advice and price time. Instead, I ended up having a conversation about Washington state with Ashley while I waited for 15 minutes for Ron to pop on the missing tabs. Once the tabs were on, Ron and I had a conversation about Costco in the glaring heat of July. I must say, this was the perfect place to be on that day. I mean, people have good hearts and it shows through conversations and smiles. What I got that day was excellent service, but also two people who were attentive and personable with me. We joked about gator backs and so on. But, I will tell you, the personal attention to the car was fantastic, and the personal attention to me made me feel that they are truly genuine and honest in their approach to making the customer number one. I would advise anyone in the area go to Grimes hands down!!!
