Rude employee at Customer Service. Older black lady w ponytail was so rude and looked irritated that I asked for help. Her demeanor in front of my kids was uncalled for when paying customers ask for assistance. And what worse is witnessing her talk down to younger employees in front of customers. This isn’t my first time experience an unpleasant service from her. Not sure why she hasn’t been reprimanded.

The deli lady today was so rude to me and the customer ahead of me. This isn't the first time she's awful and is very rude over a simple question like what's the flavor of burrito.

Teresa Reynolds in customer service went and beyond for me in finding a lost cash reciept that I needed for work but didn't know the total to! I had given up hope but she pulled through and was amazing!!! Excellent Customer Service!!!

Terrible and overpriced meat quality, overpriced and unripened produce, rarely do they have their shelves stocked and their staff doesn't seem very familiar or knowledgeable with the store. This place used to set itself apart only because they offered to take the cart back...I for one can not wait until Tom Thumb opens and puts them out of business.

Their meat and produce quality is better than Kroger at reasonable prices. I noticed that their weekly add focuses more on the stuff our family uses regularly rather than what other grocery stores want to unload.

If I wanted to work and check myself out at ur store I'd get a job there...hire some people..and note rude ones 12.7.21 845 pm..again ya have baggers that can't take old folks groceries to the car..why?? Pitiful service but terrel store does..12.22.22 4 pm..update 8.10.23 please teach ur cooks to marinate tge bake chickens on breast to bake not the back smh..gets better ..12.29.23 kid bags groceries up and get home and dont even get all my groceries..i paid for..retards bagging groceries i guess..8.29.24 still retatded person baking chickens seasoning tge back instead of breast..must have 8th graders cooking still ....

I used to prefer their pharmacy before Walgreens acquired it.
Additionally, they have discontinued the service of delivering carts to customers' vehicles, resulting in carts being scattered throughout the parking lot.
The caliber of employees has declined from friendly and helpful young individuals to those who appear to be in desperate need of the job.
