Some of these reviews are fake I was told if I left a good google review I will get my key lock for the storage free which I did in a lot of people are doing so they don’t have to pay for it. I’m taking my review back. I received BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE the lady had an attitude just plain horrible service and was racially profile. That U-HAUL truck was dusty unclean and dirty!!! Never again the most Disrespected and mistreatment I have experienced. It was not in my contract stop the lies why would you pay for a whole full month in you getting your things out before the month start bad business practice!!! The lady made us drive over to the other gravel lot to get the U-Haul but when another other color came they went to the other lot in got it for them! Had to pay a storage fee I was not aware of to get my things out of the storage before the new month started. Was not told I would had to pay additional fees. Fraud! Money hungry company!!!Worse experience rude customer service. Never again!!!

I NEVER REALLY LEAVE REVIEWS MUCH BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS BY FAR THE WORST EVER! ME AND MY WIFE HAD OUR BELONGINGS HERE FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS AND ALWAYS PAID ON TIME BUT TODAY WE CAME TO GET OUR STUFF OUT AND WAS CHARGED FOR JANUARY WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED ON THE 1ST AND WAS CHARGED WITHOUT KNOWING THERE WAS A ONLINE PORTAL ? WE ALWAYS PAID BY PHONE NOT ONLINE! THEN WE WERE GIVING THE MOST FILTHIEST U HAUL THAT DIDN'T COME WITH A DOLLY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE $75 MORE IF WE USE CASH!! BE AWARE BECAUSE THIS PLACE HAS ALOT OF HIDDEN FEES AND SHOULD HAVE 3 STARS INSTEAD OF 5. SMH!

U-Haul truck leaked on our belongings. Staff was personal and helpful though U-HAUL has not responded to my emails about the damaged goods from 2 weeks ago, none of this facilities fault. Not satisfied with U-Haul or their customer service department. I would rank this facility as 4.5 ⭐️ as the manager and his staff were helpful. Problem is U-Haul and their CS Dept.

Perfect location to drop-off my truck & trailer. Checking in went very smooth. I greatly appreciate Rick for ensuring my drop-off location was correct so that I didn't incur any additional fees. Did I mention that their units a very nice too. ? I'm very satisfied.

Texas continues to surprise me with its customer service! I had the best experience with Amanda and Andrew at the Forney location. They were very friendly and seemed genuinely kind and wanted to help. I highly recommend this storage company and specifically this location.

Rented a uhaul trailer for a large move and had an excellent experience. Highly recommend. Tony helped me unhook and return the trailer, he was so patient, kind and professional. I will definitely come back. Wonderful people, wonderful business

Andrew and Amanda were great! Easy process. I reserved online, Amanda called me right when they opened and was very helpful and pleasant. Andrew took care of me when I went in. He was very pleasant professional and helpful as well.

Professional,Courteous, and Honest.The prices online match the prices inside the store which I loved, they were patient with me and answered every question I had thoroughly. They treated me as if all my belongings were priceless which made choosing BTA the smart and only choice.

So far so helpful. New to area and Andrew and Amanda gave me a run down on the greats and not so greats close by…. As a newbie, I super appreciate that. The facility is super clean and COOL….so, I’m leaving my things in the climate controlled environment with no worries. Thanks Shelby for completing my rental!
