These people are incredible. I just want to give a big thanks to everyone who helped me out when I got stranded on the side of Interstate 20 on my way to Fort Worth on 7-9-24. Big thanks to Kara who helped me during the early morning hours. Making sure that I was safe while making the situation less stressful. Big thanks to the tow truck driver who towed my vehicle back to their shop. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Big thanks to Wes for working on my vehicle and getting me back on the road. Everyone there are so friendly. You can definitely feel that they are a family own business on how they treat their customers so well. They go out of their way to make sure the job gets done right. They are very reasonable with their repairs and won't charge you an arm and a leg just knowing you're not a local. Wes even pointed out to me some things on my vehicle that were not done right while doing the repairs. I will most definitely will be going back to get those items addressed. I highly recommend them to anyone. From towing services to repairs, give them a call. You will be glad that you did.

After being closed in the weekend as a towing company, these guys will not answer the phone during business hours, leaving you with accruing fees for non communication

THIS SHOP IS CROOK!!!! Owners don’t seem to care about their customers. They throw you off like a piece of paper. VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT. I’m still trying to process in my head how this business is still running after all the negative reviews and experiences I’ve had with them. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!! Ridiculous how ignorant people can be specially coming from a business

Visited their shop as a walk-in three times to get an estimate to have my vehicle repainted. The third time someone took pictures of my vehicle and said someone would get back to me. As of of the time of this review it's been six months and no one has gotten back to me.I guess they make enough money from their government contracts (Forney PD, Kaufman Co. Sheriff, etc) to not need any more business.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We got in a car accident (not our fault guy turned left in front of us) on 4/8/2023. The police called these guys to tow our car (again nobody we would have used). We got a bill from them for $675 plus $50 for a handwritten bill plus $20 a day that it's there. They towed the car 3.2 miles.How horrible must you be to take advantage of people in a car accident? I didn't think people really did this but Buster's showed me their ugly side. Under no circumstance should you ever use these people to tow your car. Shut them down.

This place is a joke!! I was involved on an accident & busters showed up at the scene & towed the vehicle to their location. They charged me $870 just in services and storage fees for 2 days. The guy there thinks he’s tough, he wanted to fight me & kicked me out his property after he charged me the $870 & did not provide me with the location of the vehicle, I had to call Forney PD to get him to give me the location of the vehicle. All they do is take your money and racially discriminate people. This place needs to be shut down.COMPLETE DISASTER WITH THESE FOLKS!!
