I love Cadence Academy. My two sons have been coming here for years. When you walk in the front doors you can feel the love from the administration: Mrs. Davis, Holly, Toya, and Mrs. Dee. They are all so intentional with conversing with parents. The teachers are nothing short of amazing; they provide structure and clear communication. Thank you Cadence for taking care of my babies. You allow us, parents, to go to work without having to worry about the safety of our children.

I definitely like how secure the building is before you even enter. The whole set up for checking in/out, having a personal code to enter to me is very important. It shows how the school really cares about the safety of not only themselves but especially for the children. The staff greets you with smiles and positive vibes. I had my son with me on the tour and let's just say he wasn't ready to go yet. Lol I would definitely recommend Cadence Academy to friends and family looking for a school for their little ones. Mrs. Davis, the director is awesome and I love her passion for her position and the children.

I Really like this school, my daughters been here about 6 months so far. I love that the teachers don’t change frequently like some schools. Now sometimes things (cup, shoes, blankets, etc) do come up missing and I feel that the order of handle could be a little better. Sometimes it feels like they don’t want parents to speak up, but that doesn’t stop me of course..I just wish there was a little more empathy when things go missing or there is a perceived issue from a parent. Even if it’s a misunderstanding there should be empathy..we’re dealing with our children for Christ sake! ..Nonetheless things tend to turn up on their own when they do go missing so not a complete loss. I was gunna name drop some awesome teachers but honestly all of the 2yr old+ teachers are pretty amazing! SumUp: Stand your ground on any matter..but day to day operations go quite smoothly! You can tell this school honors their staff and THAT I can appreciate.. happy employees, happy kids, happy parents 😉

We love this daycare. The staff is amazing. It’s always clean. I love the extra safe double door coded entry to get to the kids classrooms. And they share their photos and daily logs via email!

I don’t know where to begin but I want to first share how grateful I am to come across this amazing school and my daughters teacher Ms CeCe. This has been a huge blessing for us. If anyone has the privilege of having Ms CeCe as a teacher, consider your self blessed. I can a sure you, your child will be in the best care possible. We couldn’t have come across someone else whose heart is as big as hers!! Thank you to the wonderful staff as well.

The school teacher Miari, did not say a thing to me about the injury when picking her up from school at 5:30pm . It was when I got home I noticed her left eye was extremely swollen and red. I thought it was pink eye so I sent a message to the school that night which no one responded or called me. I wanted to let everyone know so that others may not get infected. My husband called the next morning to inform them since no one reached out from the school. I took my child to the doctor on 06/20/2023 to get checked out and the doctor confirm that it may not be pink eye but to keep watch; her eye was very swollen and it looked like she may have gotten hit in the face. My husband then spoke with someone again at the school to look at the cameras and that we can have access to the cameras and that someone would call me. No one ever call me so I physically had to go to the school and re-explain wheat happened to the front desk which she said she saw the message but failed to reply. So you all allow sick kids to come to school??? I spoke with someone sitting at the front desk and we went back to the classroom to speak with Miari and she then said well 2 kids in the classroom had pink eye!! I was not aware and nor was the school director! This is an extreme violation of OSHA so I immediately removed my child from the school due to the lack of care and communication. The teachers don't even have access to Kids Reports, which sucks! At Primrose, which we are going back to now, allow open communication between the parents and teachers. I literally have to call the school and ask every day to send pictures of my child to ensure she is ok. Primrose always keeps me updated and send loving messages about my baby girl and ensures that she is loved and being treated well. I would not recommend this school for the academics or structure but they are the cheapest I've seen and that probably why they have so many downfalls bc its a "cheap" school. I'm worried everyday about my child even eating. They are so short staffed they weren't even able to feed my baby solids bc they were "too busy". No parent wants to come and pick their child up from school and hear things like. she was fussing all day or she didn't sleep, better yet does she throw up all the time??? Invest in your employee' s knowledge and communication styles. I will never come back nor recommended this school to anyone. I had no choice but to report this school to OSHA since no communication went out about children being contagious. They dont even wear masks or uniforms to shield any allergens her from the children that maybe carried from outside at this school. 4 weeks wasted. Please go to Primrose.

If your child is in the care of Ms. Bobi, Ms. Beverly, Ms. Valeria, Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Dee, Ms. Makaylia, or Ms. Shontal... consider yourself blessed. These ladies are phenomenal. These teachers love your babies like their own. We have been lucky enough to have exceptional teachers for our two kiddos who have been at Cadence.

This is such a great place. My son has learned so much since he started. The teachers are so nice especially during transition times when the kids move to the next room. And the new director has been so helpful in all the areas of concern that we have had she has addressed everything and helped every step of the way. These are the reasons I also enrolled my 4 month old, because I am confident in the care they give.

This is a wonderful school program! My 3 kids have gone here for the last 4 years and the teachers are all extremely sweet and very helpful when I have any questions about my child’s progress and daily routine! The new director, Mrs. Sabrina, has been a breath of fresh air and is eager to help when needed! These teachers here truly love their jobs and the children!

I spoke to the director Sabrina on 7/15/2022 in reference to availability for infant class . She confirmed there was an opening on 8/15/2022. Same day I received a text in reference to the elementary school for my other child for after school pickup. This person provided me with tuition rates for both children. Today, I arrive to the daycare and both the Director and Asst Director state they do not have an opening and act as if no persons from the daycare had talked or text me for my appointment to tour the facility. They denied they sent the TEXT as a followup to our conversation. I was definitely sensing some racial undertones as I am an African American Mother, Im not who they expected to walk through the door therefore there I was told they have NO space for my children. As a Woman of Color and Navy Veteran Im disappointed but appreciative to witness this conduct before registering my children. please chose another daycare. Failure to Plan and Lack of Respect is what I got as soon as I walked into this childcare center.
