I had one of the best experiences ever at a collision center with Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. A huge thank you to Ms. Molly at the reception, she was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. Also, a big shoutout to Mr. Justin, our service provider, who kept us updated and made sure everything was handled perfectly. We dropped off our car on Monday, September 8th, and received it back on September 17th. The work was done beautifully, on time, and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and care shown by the entire team. Job well done!! I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of collision repair.

The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Donna, was quite rude, unwelcoming, and lacks customer service skills. Whoever she spoke with in the back offices also refused to come out and assist me. However, I would like to say thank you to David for stopping what he was doing to outside to come and answer my questions. He was extremely kind and gave me recommendations for the assistance I needed with a car part. The world needs more people like him. Thanks again, David!

Insurance paid for the car to be fixed, lane departure didn't work properly. I was told to contact insurance to get it fixed. Not sure why I'd have to contact insurance to have the car fixed after they apparently took the insurance check and fixed it.

If you want a half-ass job, you’re in the right place. This is how Caliber Collision gave my car back after I told them they didn’t do a good job the first time. I specifically mentioned that they didn’t put a topcoat on the paint to make it shiny, they repainted it, but again half-assed it. Half the door was left without a topcoat, and they even painted over parts they shouldn’t have.
My main concern from the beginning was that my wheel was bent inward. The picture I posted is from the second time they gave me the car, my wheel is still bent inwards. Justin, the person who helped me, said it was fine because they did an alignment and fixed a scratch on the rim. Mind you, they did two alignments and claimed both times it was “perfect.” Yet, both times my car would automatically steer to one side. I ended up taking it to a different shop on my own, and it turned out the alignment was completely off. You can see in the picture I’ve posted.
If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve driven off thinking everything was okay because Caliber “inspected it properly,” which clearly wasn’t true. What’s even more frustrating is when I asked Justin if he would personally take his car in that condition, he straight-up said yes, knowing they didn’t do a great job. My boyfriend literally had to explain things to Justin about his own job, it was honestly embarrassing to watch. Justin even admitted he didn’t fully understand what was done to address the issue with the wheel, which was concerning coming from the person handling my repair.
I only went here because my insurance recommended them, but I would never go back. Make sure you thoroughly check your vehicle before leaving this place. Don’t just take their word for it.
