Incredible service, timely, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I took my car in after 2 people were not able to help me. They suggested a body shop. My seat belt was seriously hinged into the door and would not open. Casey, dug right in taking apart the window frame and door frame. Within a short period of time, he retrieved the hinged seat belt.
I strongly recommend that you go see Casey at Capital Collision. He is very customer oriented. I was so pleased with the service. Should the need arise, I will certainly return. I'm so glad I made a good choice today in selecting Capital Collision.

Capital Collision is an AMAZING!!!!! company. I give Capital Collision five stars. Casey is nice, thorough, and professional. I went to get my car hood fixed and it was done swiftly/ proficiently. The price to get things done here are more than fair. I recommend all in the DFW area to come to Capital Collision.

Justin and his team were outstanding from the beginning we knew this was gonna be a hard fix. They communicated with me through the whole process and explained everything like delays on parts and types of repairs. If you've ever been to big collision center you know you gotta wait for a call back or cant reach them. This is not the case with Capital Collision. They're worked above and beyond to get our deadline to go on vacation and they made it happen. 10 stars if I could.

The absolute BEST experience I've had at an auto repair shop! Casey and Justin were friendly to work with. Casey was able to show and explain exactly what was causing my problem. He gave me a fair price and dropped off my repaired car at my home in just a few hours. I have definitely found my new auto repair shop!!!

VERY Pleased with the professionalism and attention to detail I received from this shop. Others could not even get me a quote the way I asked for it... No. Really!
This vehicle has suffered multiple accidents, and will never recover it's value. Hence I had no interest in restoring it to a "new" condition, paying a premium for such a service. Justin heard what I expected, and Delivered+. Kudos to this team for getting this done in a timely manner to meet / exceed my expectations.
