Brought my daughter here after an animal bite. I was gotten back promptly but the staff was more concerned about getting her oxygen level than actually looking at the bite. Took THREE nurses to finally get a reading. The nurse practitioner that saw my child barely looked at the area and originally told us not to wrap it despite it still bleeding some and her picking at it. She came back in and attempted to wrap it but I had to redo after we got home because it was poorly done. I get my child is a toddler but some more effort on ensuring the bites weren’t too deep or some attention to the actual problem and not being tortured for her oxygen levels would’ve made for a better experience.

The Care United medical center in Forney is excellent. They fit us in very quickly and the staff was really nice. I was also very impressed with the medical practitioner, she was wonderful and even followed up with a call to me with more information. Very happy with my experience!! I would highly recommend

Service quick. Heather was awesome. However, poor customer service fromnth e young lady Brianna at the front door. She was not involved in her work. She barely can address the patient because she was rushing to get back to her cell phone to search the internet. Please allow your more personable staff to wok the front door for it is your entry point and set the entire vibe for the visit.

Beware of this place. I have a raging case of strep throat and the doctor allegedly called in my antibiotic to start the day after my visit since I got an in-office antibiotic shot. I go to pick up my Rx this morning and nothing is there. I call the clinic and was told it was never called in but that they will “message the provider” to address. It’s now afternoon, I’ve missed a dose and nothing. I call back again and am told that the providers are busy but, “hopefully they will get back to me today,” as if I’m not actually sick and this isn’t time sensitive. I very nicely asked if she could physically get up and go talk to someone because I am SICK. To her credit the receptionist finally did physically find someone. There was no explanation given as to why the Rx was never sent in. As of now, I still do not have the Rx and will be formally complaining to my insurance company. Save yourself. If you’re sick or caring for someone sick, the stress of dealing with their incompetence is not worth it. If you need an antibiotic, you probably don’t have the strength to fight for it.

My family and I have been going to this urgent care for about two years and was happy with the service until recently. It all started last month when I brought bout my sick daughters in I was told they had an $80 balance. I found this odd because we literally pay a copay everytime we come but I paid the $80. Well my husband brought my daughter in again this month because she is sick and he was told we have a past due balance of $100. He paid it but I called because I’m not understanding. Upon questioning the receptionist I uncovered that I was charged for a COVID test and a strep throat test that wasn’t covered by the insurance. Which I don’t understand what is they copay for. I let her know that I’ve never received a bill and I don’t like that. She said that they send me an e-bill but I have not setup anything electronically. Mind you the day we were charged over a hundred dollars for two kids for the doctor to say to get some allergy medicine over the counter even with the allergy meds my kids were sick. This place is a joke and I will not spend another dime here.

Everyone was so wonderful. I am so grateful to be able to receive treatment at this location whenever I am sick. The PA was so incredible and knowledgeable. The receptionist was also so incredible and I am so grateful for her patients with answering any questions I had regarding cost of services. I'm a student and on a budget and was able to get my exam and a prescription that I could afford at this facility.

first public review i’ve ever written on this website, that’s how upset i am. i come in for a lab test TWICE and my samples are lost BOTH TIMES. not only am i connected to a nurse line that sends me to voice mail and does not call me back, but i have to deal with receptionists that play clueless as to how my samples have somehow disappeared TWICE in a matter of a MONTH. how do you lose a urine sample with a name on it in sharpie marker twice? twice? your service is disgraceful and some of the worst i’ve experienced at an urgent care in my life. as one of the few urgent cares in forney you owe it to your patients to provide quality care. id give 0 stars if i could. this is completely unacceptable and i’m at a point i’m borderline disgusted with the amount of incompetency i’ve had to deal with.

Visit was 8/5/23. The front desk customer care girls were more like anti customer care. When you ask a question, at a minimum, tell me you will be right with me. This lady literally stared at her computer as she had all of her makeup out of her purse. How many complaints are you satisfied with about the level of service from the face of your business?Go to Terrell Urgent care on Moore Ave. 1000% better service and bed side manner. These jokers in Forney want to charge your insurance for a Covid and flu test before you can even spit out why you’re there in the first placeMy wife was asked to go to the ER as she had Breathing issues. I said I’d be there shortly to bring her. They apparently have her a flu and Covid test before I could get there, knowing she would get one at the ER.Not enough room here to explain the rudeness and overall abuse to the insurance companies. Not to mention the below level of care from beginning to end. You’ll probably just leave with a bill and no antibiotics anyways.Go to Terrell. Save yourself the aggravation.

I came in today 8 3 23. Because I've got 2 slip disk in my lower back. And can't get into my PCP until Monday. Needing steroid injaction to help with the Inflammation in my back. I've got Great insurance but I was denied. Services because I was unable to pay the $35 copay until tomorrow. It's not like they couldn't still charge my insurance for the services. I assured them I would be more than happy too. Make the copayment tomorrow afternoon. After I got paid. I could understand if there's a substantial amount of money but $35. It's not something to turn somebody in severe pain that can barely walk away. To the Individual in management that made the decision to turn me away I hope you have a blessed day

Though I was surprised at the high number of patients at the clinic, I appreciated how fast the process was. My name was called faster than expected and I was in and out.

My son fell and hit his head while playing at the water pad. Shortly started complaining of severe head pain, took him to get checked out. The receptionist are absolute GARBAGE! Never made eye contact, or acknowledged us, answered the phone so she wouldn't have to help us. They put more effort into putting every piece of makeup they owned onto their face then actually helping us. My son began vomiting in the waiting room, no sense of urgency, whatsoever! The Nurse Practitioner was rude, impatient, condescending and LOUD. BE MORE AWARE OR HAVE COMMON SENSE. If someone is complaining about head pain why the hell are you yelling. She refused to actually touch his head to make sure there wasn’t any bruising or lumps. After my husband persisted she finally physically looked at his head. Just pathetic and ridiculous.
