If I could give zero stars, I would! We live outside of Edgewood Texas and needed to open a cd. We were informed by phone that we needed an "in-person" appointment to see a banker to do this. A guy called to confirm the date and time of the meeting which was today-October 30, 2021 with the banker's name. We drove over an hour to get to the location in Forney-risked catching Covid-even though we are fully vaccinated due to the large amount of people in this facility, only to be told that said banker did not come in and that they had texted and called me to cancel? I beg to differ as there was no text or call from this "bank". So to recap, we spent almost $30 in gas to make this appointment, went inside to meet with a no show banker with no text or phone call as they tried to tell me, and another hour and a half drive back home? You just lost a VERY large transaction, and a customer as well...we will be closing our account and taking our business to a bank that makes time for its customers and doesn't offer this type of "service". Stay away from Chase or you will get the shaft too!

This location SUCKS. All the exterior ATMs have not worked one single time the several times I’ve tried them. Either the touch screens are broken or there is a message “this machine cannot dispense cash right now”. So here I am again waiting until 9am to get MY MONEY. Time to pick another bank.

This branch claimed to not take walk-ins and on the morning of my appointment, they took two people who didn’t have an appointment.

Samuel Olveda helped me open a new account and was able to have my previous account’s statements printed out for me, which I needed for a legal matter. He took care of absolutely everything I needed and was such a warm and friendly guy. It was the best banking experience ever. I love so many things about Chase Bank already, but this made me feel like I was dealing with a personal friend instead of a stranger.

Yes they are nice but if you are in a rush then you better go somewhere else. The drive through alone takes 45 minutes with three cars in front of you.

I own a business doing all of my business banking at this bank. Someone charged fraudulent charges on our account out of state causing our cards to be compromised. Here we are over a month later and nobody at chase knows where our replacement cards are. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen dealing with a bank. How is a business suppose to operate and make purchases daily without our cards? I was told I need to just come get cash out everyday.

Always have a great experience with Chase. It’s convenient, granted I only use it for checking account: direct deposits & cash withdrawals. If I have excess funds I move to a third party.

We had the absolute worst experience after setting up a business account. We were told numerous things that happened to be incorrect and it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone after the account was set up. I was able to get in touch with the manager who tried to fix our issues but it seems we are out of luck with the whole thing. I’m extremely disappointed with the process (wrong information given, papers forgotten to have been signed, etc) and the customer service. If things had been more clear from the beginning and paperwork had been properly looked over this could have been avoided.

Fully functioning 99% of the time.
Might not accept deposits or print a receipt while in that other 1% of the time, but it will always give you money!
The machine will tell you before you do anything if any of the features ate unavailable.
