Cole Automotive was recommended by someone we trust, and they did not disappoint! They did excellent work on our door ding and made my car look new again in 20 minutes! We are both very picky, and my husband was extremely pleased with the results, too!

The entire staff did such a great job. They made it easy and painless and help me with the Insurance Company, when it came time to get my car back together. It definitely took a lot of stress off of the situation, I deeply appreciate everything They’ve done for me. I have my vehicle back and it looks amazing. I highly recommend Cole Automotive for any and all of your automotive needs. I called with an immediate need that was impending my ability to safely drive and they told me to come right then and were extremely attentive and helpful. It is refreshing to find businesses that are still based in excellent customer service and truly wanting to help, not take advantage of the customer. Historically, I’ve trusted one shop in Dallas (Stuart’s); I’m very particular. I spent two weeks researching shops throughout the Metroplex & landed on Cole’s. I watched countless YouTube videos & read reviews. Then I visited the actual facility which is impressive. Casey (the owner) is in the shop working next to his employees. You have access to him at anytime. His staff is outstanding; their customer service is elite. I worked through the estimate with Seth. It was a very custom project which included body, paint, ceramic coating, PPF, fixing numerous deep scratches & de-chrome (wrap). I was most concerned about the paint match. My vehicle has a tremendous amount of white Pearl which may be the hardest color to match. They did an outstanding job. Seth kept me informed throughout the e tire process & went through the chain of events with me at least five times.
When you install PPF on a car; it’s preferred not to ceramic coat under the film. The day that I picked up the car; Casey deducted the cost of the ceramic coating where they installed the film. They also readily admitted that they slightly over estimated the cost of the body part installation. They also deducted some cost in that area. They won my trust in that moment.
Once I saw the vehicle; I was elated. They really spent the necessary time to ensure the job was correct. I would anticipate some sort of issue upon pick-up with 95% of shops. Not here. It was a pleasant experience both in quality & service.
It’s a bit of a drive from Dallas. I’m not difficult to work with but I am serious about my car’s being perfect. They deserve this review. I didn’t know them from Adam prior to this experience, but I’ll be sending my car friends to them going forward.
