i'm definitely a disappointed customer. I have been going there for several years and up until now. I have been satisfied with everything last week changed my opinion and now I will not come back. I came in and dropped off a quilt on saturday, The lady behind the counter told me that it would be ready on Friday.. I was very disappointed because I thought it would be back sooner than that, this is a quilt that I sleep with every night and I suffer from insomnia and sleep issues. I went ahead and left it when I called back on Friday. A different lady told me that no she was wrong.
now it would not be in until the following week on Wednesday. I was so upset. I was explaining to the woman that I was angry because the lady had told me that it had been ready on friday ! she continued to cut me off and acted like I had no reason to be upset, Told me that it was a high school student. And that she was going to call me back., Later she returned, my phone call, said that the girl remembered me and a i complained about the price . and they were waiting on me for something, which never happened.
I explained to this woman, that I believe is a manager there! that I was afraid The original worker had her Customers mixed up I was not being rude, but I told her that we had never even spoken about a price, she told me that the fee was $31. I told her I had no problem with the price. We never discussed it. That must've been a different Customer. She tells me she is going to review that cameras and get back to me., But again my quilt would not be ready until Wednesday to be picked up. first of all again, we never discussed the price and I did not complain about that at all She never got back with me if she reviewed camera footage or anything else. Wednesday, I never heard anything Thursday. I called and I ask if my quilt is ready to be picked! The same rude woman behind the counter on the phone with me tells me it was Ready on Wednesday like she told me it was ready and like I had to have it back by then! at this point, I was not being rude or disrespectful. I clearly stated that I had not heard back from anybody and I was not sure it was there and I would be there shortly! I walk in told her I was there to pick up my quilt! not a
1 time did she say
I'm sorry for any inconvenience! not that I needed a discount for anything, but not an offer of a discount for any kind of miscommunication. No I'm sorry I hope you will remain a customer or anything!
listen, country, cleaners I can deal with the miscommunication and telling me the wrong time even though that really upset me! but acting like your customers do not matter is not OK! if the owners chooses to respond Call me I will gladly remove my Complaint! just show that you care about your customers and you value us!! I own two businesses here in Forney and if I thought my customer was upset in any way shape or form, I would try to make it right first!!!!

Arrived right at 12pm (right at Saturday closing) would not make an exception for me to pickup my clothing. If you put your customers first as a business you would’ve have handed me my jacket which I just came to pickup.

Great Service! I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed, and they did an awesome job. The ladies at the counter as well as the tailor were very nice, and I appreciate them for going above and beyond to help me have the work done promptly. I highly recommend them!

Had a bit of a hiccup due to them being swamped but they honored their original deadline and went and met me after hours to give me my alteration before my requested deadline

New in the neighborhood. I just went to service and the girl in front; rude with terrible costumer service. I better left...if you are not happy with what you do, move, you are not a tree…I didn’t finish my service because the front girl have bad actitud. But you can ask her about it or I can go again and telling you what happen. This was my first time there, that’s why you can’t find me.
