I have always had a great, efficient experience at the minuteclinic for myself as well as my son. My son, 8 years old, can get very anxious at appointments, but every single person I've interacted with at the minuteclinic does such an excellent job of quickly putting him at ease and also involving him in the care process. I really appreciate the providers taking the time to ask him questions directly and listen to his input.

This CVS is terrible. First, I was told my insurance was on file and got charged out of pocket. After more inquiry, I was told that CVS was not contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Then they told me they needed my card on file again. So, I take time to go up to drop off give them my card. The young lady then hands the medicne directly to they person filling out the prescriptions and told me it will be 15 mins. I waited and they called me that all was filled. I get to the counter to pay. The check out person scrambles looking for my prescription. They lost it and I have no medicine. This was a total waste of my time to watch them run around and not addressing me about what happened. And, after my standing there I asked what is happening she tells me it is lost and I would have to return. I WILLL NEVER EVER RETURN!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. I never write reviews but there is no reason the drive thru line should be at a stand still for 30-40 minutes on MULTIPLE occasions. Workers are slow and rude. They need new management or something, ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy experience. I had to wait a week for pain meds after having a kidney removed. They were not helpful in helping me reach out to other CVS pharmacy locations or other pharmacy companies.
All they would say was there was nothing they could do.

If you have any expectations of clear communication, transparency, or even basic cusromer care from this pharmacy I'm here to tell you they will not be met. Zero communication, impossible to get on the phone, and broken promises to fill your prescription week after week. Why are they able to stay open when the consensus is that they are incompetent?! We are tricked to believe we have a choice as consumers in America but we do not. Piss poor service is rewarded by allowing them to continue having contracts with health insurance companies regardless of the constant complaints. Exhausting.

They have the worst phone system ever. You cannot get anyone on the phone. Then the system routes you to a doctor's line to leave a message. My insurance sent me here but I'm moving my script to walgreens. No wonder CVS is becoming obsolete
