I've ordered refills through the CVS app to this location that have gotten cancelled with no notice or reason.I've scheduled a vaccination at this location and checked in according to the instructions I was given and was ignored for over 30 minutes.Last but certainly not least. I recently had my first baby and my doctor sent over four prescriptions to this location. The pharmacy filled 3 of them but not the pain medication. When I called to figure out the status of that fourth medication they didn't answer the phone (which happens often). My husband waited in line forever for them to tell him that this medication is on backorder. Again no notice of this and it was almost 5:00pm. They couldn't send the prescription to the nearby CVS that did have it in stock so I had to attempt to contact the physician to get her to resend. The next morning my doctor sent the script to the other CVS but they couldn't fill it because CVS Forney was still holding the script as if they were going to fill it. I attempted to call CVS Forney to have them release the order and, again, they don't answer the phone. My husband had to drive up there and wait in line to get them to delete their prescription so it could be filled at the other CVS. And then, of course, he had to drive to the other CVS to wait in line to get the actual medication.Poor communication, poor customer service, poor follow through. Incredibly frustrating CVS location for several reasons.

On hold to speak with someone in the pharmacy for an hour. I finally hung up. I’ve been trying for three weeks to get a prescription filled.

If no stars were available that would be great. Service here is horrible. I'm tired of trying to call and NO ONE ever answers I'm currently still waiting 24 minutes at 10:28am still waiting. When they do they have an attitude just because you called. Im currently going to make the 30 monute drive and leave my call going to ask someone if they work there, while im still on hold like i have had to do multiple prior times.CVS get it together you either need to hire more people or people that care or just shut the place down!!!!!!!

This place is so screwed up! They tell you that your prescriptions are ready to pick up and you drive up there to wait in line for hours and when you get to the window they tell you that they are not ready yet and won’t be until tomorrow morning at 8am I believe they are trying to run people off because they don’t want to work they rude as hell! The absolute worst cvs by far!! Corporate needs to come and straighten this place out.

This location is without a shadow of doubt the absolute worst I've had the displeasure of frequenting. Unfortunately our prescription insurance only works at CVS or we would just stop going all together. The minute clinic is a joke. They won't diagnose anything unless they swab and it comes back positive. After that, they just tell you to go to your regular doctor. No attempt to do a basic exam. Save your money and your sanity. I'd like to say this has only happened a few times, but it's been consistent for the last year.

This is the most poorly run CVS location I've ever had to deal with. Everytime I come here the wait times are horrendous, inside our through drive through. Look at the previous reviews, this isn't a one-off experience or just me being a bad customer. I wish to God my insurance didn't require me to use CVS. This place will take hours off your life. Do better CVS!

I think these places are called Minute Clinics because the doctor is only in for a minute each day! I went in the day before Christmas Eve (Dec 23), still a legit business day. The website said they were still open. There weren't even crickets in the office!

Probably the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. No one answers the phone, they are constantly understaffed, drive through can be an hour plus to go through. I was told my meds would be ready in 30 minutes and here we are 36 hours later and was just told “they still aren’t ready call and check back later”, but again they never answer the phone. Totally mismanaged. Avoid at all costs. On top of this, got to the front after an hour and asked for a decongestant. Was told “you have to come in to get that”I explained that I am covid positive right now and said “are you trying to tell me that you need me to stand in line again inside even though I am positive for Covid?” And she said “yes”They obviously do not care about service quality OR patient safety.

Actually I gave it 1 star for not having any other option but it doesn't deserve 1. Dr. Susan Kinyanjui is a person with control problems over her temperament, lack of ethics and empathy. It's not the first time but it is the last, because I don't plan to see her again. To summarize, if you have to deal with her, don't waste your time, she won't HELP YOU AT ALL, she will tell you “Go to your Dr orIf it is very bad, go to the emergency room” and if not, almost, almost “Get well on your own”

Just another understaffed CVS because corporate is too greedy. Only reason I went here is because it is the only one in the area that has my Rx at this time. The people are nice, just stressed from having to be the Frontline personnel that takes the heat from the lack of staffing.Don't take out your frustrations on the team, they're just doing their job. Send an email to the CEO of CVS and invite him to work in the pharmacy for a few hours.

This pharmacy has consistently gone downhill over the last 5 years we've been using it. The minute clinic here is a total waste of money. The only thing you're gonna get that's helpful is a doctor note for work or school. If you're sick, they're just going to swab you for whatever is currently going around. No basic exam, no diagnosis if your swabs come back negative. They'll just tell you to go see your regular doctor. You know, the one that doesn't have availability, which is why you went to minute clinic in the first place. You will have to beg for a prescription to help with your constant vomiting. And even then, they'll write it with the children's dosage. Because you know, people apparently abuse that, I guess? In case you missed it, that was sarcasm. This has been going on for about a year consistently. But you best believe they'll bill you and your insurance like they did a full work up!
