I needed two new tires for my truck. Specific tires were needed that are no longer manufactured. Billie quickly found me two matching tires at one of the warehouses got them delivered and installed the same day!!! I use my truck and need my truck and I appreciate the quick turnaround. Thank you Billie and the rest of the Forney Firestone Team!

They do great work, but when my car was finished they pulled it up front and I had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to check me. I went outside and found him helping to figure out how to program the alignment machine. The mechanic was having a issue with it, this was 25 minutes after my car was already completed. They manager told me I would have to wait until they could figure out what they where working on. I said it will take less than 5 minutes to check me out could he please just come in and do that? He then stated that was my problem he would be in when he finished.

Dishonest and appointments don't matter.
I had an appointment at 11 am for a flat repair, and it took them two hours to even look at my car. Then when they did look at it, they told us that the tire couldn't be repaired and that I needed four new tires. I took my car to Performance Tire for a second opinion, and they were able to repair the leak and said I didn't need all new tires at that time.

This was my first visit to this Firestone location. Although I did have to wait for a bit, the service writer let me know that up front. My problem was solved and I was not presented with a long list of repairs or any hard sales tactics, which I appreciated a lot. I plan on returning to this location in the future.

Always fast in getting me in and out. SM is always pleasant and keeps me informed when waiting or a drop off. This appointment was for a vehicle inspection. No appointment and i was out in 1.5 hours. They were light on technicians as well that day and still managed to get this done quick. I have also had tires put on and oil changes done at this location and the prices are fair. They even have discounts sometimes on service and product. Give them a try. You will not be dissapointed.

Clearly told the MANAGER I needed an oil change on my fleet vehicle and more and only did an tire repair …now I have to wait until next weekend to get the work done when I don’t have time. Also these is the second time they do something like these

Quality of service is good and their prices are affordable. The issue is the condition of the car after service. The car is filthy and dirty from the mechanics touching the drivers side with oily, dirty hands. No one is responsible for cleaning the vehicle prior to delivering it after service.

I recommend any other Firestone than this one called ahead of time to see if can schedule a appointment for a flat I got otw from Georgia they told me they had a person who was available when I arrived 5 minutes after that call to see if they can patch my tire they told me there was 4 hour wait I also wasn’t the only one upset 3 other people said the same decided to go a competition at NTB treated me better and got my tire fixed in 10 min highly recommend Carlos there I’ve been with Firestone 15 years got my wife’s tires there and my kids and myself will be canceling my cc asap

Billy went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. On Saturday night, my tire was punctured by a bolt on Interstate 20. Despite having run-flat tires, I arrived at Firestone 45 minutes after closing. Billy was ready to go home but stayed to assist me. The tire I needed was a special order, and he promptly arranged for it, as no one else had it in stock. He called me on Tuesday when the tire arrived and took care of everything. Thank you so much, Billy. Job well done!

No need to make an appointment. That means nothing. I had an appointment for an alignment at 10:00am but was told that it would be at least 2 hours before they got to me and then off course the alignment takes another hour or so. The app should be spaced out so that people aren’t waiting hours or just stop taking appointments and do walk ins only. And not to mention that they guy who I spoke to wasn’t very friendly. Bad vibes.

Have to give credit and good review when it’s due. Today I replaced my tie rods on my truck and came to Firestone to get an alignment because I’ve been here before and they did a good job. Immediately I was informed that my truck was still under warranty so the alignment would actually be free. This was great news and then I was told It wouldn’t be ready until after 3, it was almost 1 so I decided to just stick around and wait, before I could even notice my truck was moved to a different spot and I had gotten an email telling me about other things that were looked at. Was handed my keys shortly after and was out of the door before 2. Great experience overall.
