I never leave review especially bad ones but sometimes business need to be reminded that customer service is what keeps your business going! My 1st time at this cleaners & they can’t find my clothes…I asked for no starch & guess what I get home & they starched this man jeans…Ok I said let me give them another try because things happen & EVERYONE deserves a 2nd chance….Well guess what I gave them 8 more pieces on Saturday 10/18…I go to pick up my clothes on Friday & guess what…I’m missing clothes again….The guys tells me it shows they were never brought back to the store….but y'all are looking for them…then tell me they aren’t where they’re supposed to be so the manager will call you on Monday!!! Ok so Monday comes & I wait until I get off to see if someone is going to call…no call from the manager…I’m told the manager leaves at 1…So I ask for them to call the manager & have them call me…Instead of the manager calling me they have the representative call me & tell me no one told them about it…Well at this point YOU the manager should have more concern for a first time customer or common courtesy to call me yourself. Poor customer service…What’s even crazier is no one apologized.

This isnthe place for your dry cleaning needs in Forney. The owner actually sent me a text from his personal cell phone and asked that I contact him directly with any issues. The employees were extremely nice and everyone had a smile. The work was fantastic. My slacks were cleaned and pressed exactly how I wanted them.

On Friday August 8th my mom dropped of 12 children’s place polo’s to be laundered. I went to pick them up on Monday August 11th and when I got home, 3 of them had several stains. When they were dropped off they were brand new, never worn. So I took them back to be fixed. On Tuesday August 12, I went back to pick up the shirts that were supposedly redone. It looked like they hadn’t been touched or “redone” at all. I was given the excuse that maybe the light in the back of the store was bad. The stains are obvious and cannot be missed. After politely complaining, I finally was refunded the price of the shirts and the cost of dry cleaning. This was my first time going to Forney Cleaners and I will not be going back.

Avoid at all costs. I dropped everything I planned on taking on vacation on Monday at 8 am to be pressed. It was due by same day, but I waited until Wednesday. No phone call, I go to pick it up Wednesday evening and nothing is done! They said one of the pressers is broken, they are a day behind. Okay, I gave you 2 extra days. The lady that works the counter in the mornings is so nice and a great conversationalist, don’t be fooled. I have given Forney Cleaners multiple chances over the last 20 years and I’m done.

I’ve only been here a couple times and have never had a problem until my third visit! My dress is ruined.
Update: I received a call asking more about this experience and I was offered not only a credit, but an offer to replace the dress.

Horrible service! I brought my (work) clothes in before 8:30 am (before 9am) on July 3, 2024 and the Lady at the front told me my clothes would be ready July 5, 2024 because they were closet for July 4th. I reminded her that I was there before 9 am and I needed my clothes by 4 pm (same Day service) because I needed them for work that same night. She seemed annoyed by my request but she said ok and she would put it with the clothes for Same Day service. I again made sure she knew I needed them the same day. WELL, she blew me off!
My wife went to pickup my clothes because I was sleeping (preparing for that nights work day and they advised my wife that the clothes were not gonna be ready until July 5th and 4 pm! My wife, who had other things to do, had to make them find my clothes and bring them home and wash and iron them for me, which ruined the everything she had to do that day. This is horrible Customer Service!
They have a “In by 9am out by 5” policy but they were in such a rush to get off and start their “Holiday” that they did not Put Customer First! They (she) did not take into account how her actions could and can effect there customers! We pay for a service and follow there rules only to be cast aside without consideration of the Customer!

First this place told me my garments would be ready by 5pm on a certain day (as noted on the pickup slip) and I went in the afternoon of the following day to be told they weren't ready yet. This was no big deal, although it would have been nice to receive a courtesy call notifying me they were late, to save me the extra trip.
But then I got home and realized they had cut off the tags and pink security ribbon (a trademark specific to the brand, House of CB) from my brand new dress, which I had intended to sell (as it was purchased for a wedding and the bride didn't like the color). This SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the resale value. I have brought new clothes with tags still on to other dry cleaners in the past and have NEVER had the tags cut off without my permission.
In fairness: Prices are very reasonable, turnaround time is quick, and they did get the stains out of my garments.
