We dropped off a trophy to get engraved there and it sat in their shop for months. My husband tried calling and emailing to check on the status of it, but no one ever answered. I finally went by the shop since no one would answer and the trophy was not done. Her excuse was “I wasn’t sure what was needing to be done to it.” No one bothered to call us to ask…it just sat there. She then asked if we still wanted to have something engraved on it?What a joke and absolute waste of time.Update: I just called the shop to ask what number they had on file for my husband since the owner responded to my review. The shop doesn’t have his number. His number was written on a piece of paper ALONG with the instructions. If you guys did not have the instructions, you did NOT have his number. We never received a call/voicemail or text. You guys have handled this ungracefully. Next time, just apologize to the customer. Instead of saying “we didn’t know what you wanted on there” and handing them back their trophy then proceeding to lie about reaching out to us.

I came in kind of "last minute", (in the screen printing world), and needed roughly 60 shirts in a few days for a walk we were participating in. The ladies were all really nice and helpful. I asked for pricing, and a few other questions, but the most important question I asked was what their turnaround time was. I'd been to a few other places, and their turnaround time was the normal 2 - 2.5 weeks. The answer that I got, which I loved, was "We're waiting on you". As promised, my shirts were ready on time. A little earlier actually, and our team rocked our shirts.

We were excited to use a local company for printing and embroydery, but the new owner is never there, doesn’t return calls and works out of east Texas at another print place she has. If you want good service, good communication and a place that is open regular business hours, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO USE.

I never leave reviews ! But I downloaded this app to explain and warn anyone who comes ! Be ready to wait! I'm still waiting 2 months and decided to pick my stuff up. I will save the next person time by saying find someone else ! And check their reviews because evidently I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. This is making me look bad and the way they don't show no understanding of the situation. They could have told me they don't want me business

Fast service, courteous, and professional. I didn't know you get discounted price as a law enforcement officer. Price was very reasonable and I appreciated that. The whole experience was top notch.

My favorite place. I love the girl? in that is sad I've been going there for four years and forgot her name ?she's so friendly .very helpful she does excellent work. she's a 10 in my book. I love the place that's where I do all my embroidery and it it's perfect ❤❤❤

The woman that owns the company is super sweet. She was upfront about when I could expect to get my husband's shirt back. The date was due to her not being able to take new orders because of Christmas. She did however take time to speak to me about exactly what I wanted his shirt to look like. I appreciated that so very much!

After researching online and considering reviews I selected Forney Embroidery. I called on Monday, August 10 learned their hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, pricing to embroider a blanket, and turnaround time of 2-3 business days. I dropped my item off around 9:45 on Tuesday, August 11 and was asked when I'd like to pick it up and was told I would be called once it finished. I reconfirm their hours and expressed it would be after 5pm for me on Friday, August 14, I received no follow-up on Friday, I sent an inquiry on the NTX website. I called and left a voicemail on Saturday morning requesting a status update. Awaited contact on Monday and neither communication was addressed or responded to. I phoned today, Tuesday 8/18 explain my need and I was informed my blanket was ready, I inquire about the invoice amount and I expressed I would be in to pick it up today. There was no acknowledgement or apology extended for their delay or lack of follow-up. I arrive today at 5:47pm and the building, door, and gate are locked, parking lot empty...THEY ARE CLOSED. I can't express enough my disgust at this point. I'm a part of a large organization and was seeking a reputable small business that we could establish a business relationship with from shirts, hats, signs and other promotional items we may need in the future for our local chapter and state level suffice to say this was an epic FAIL. My initial item was a blanket for a member who is undergoing breast cancer treatment, my timeline and purpose were expressed with each interaction and to do my due diligence only to receive this level of service is deplorable. Hopeful to pickup my item tomorrow to express ship to Houston for Friday receipt. Thanks alot, not so much!

I took a shirt in to get a logo embroiderd in a shirt and then decided to also get a cap. The staff went above and beyond in helping me choose a cap placing numerous orders just so I could pick one I liked.Even though I was only getting 2 items done Barbie spent extra time and effort getting the logo digitized to look perfect on the items I ordered.I will definitely be going back for any embroidery needs big or small !

some of the prices are a little too high and wanted to have another yard sign made and call them once and they said that they had to order it and it's been 3 weeks and have not heard back so we will not be going back there
