I have been going here for about 6 years! To Inspection and getting my tire needs fixed like getting them patched/rotated/changed; they are the best! Super fast service, always very nice, honest, and most affordable around Forney/Rockwall area.

I caught a flat on my way home from a nearby post office, and decided to stop here to get help with putting my spare tire on. The mechanics were actually nice, and very helpful. I realized that I didn't have cash on hand, and only had apply pay as a way of paying for the service I recieved. I asked the mechanic did he or someone have a charger I could use to pay them. He walked me in the office, and asked the lady at the front desk Christin if it was okay if I could use the charger. She looked at me as if I had asked her for spare change, or as if I stole something from her. She then repiled um hum as if she was completely bothered by the fact that I needed to use a charger. If she didn't feel comfortable with me using thier charger she should've just said that in the first place. After I let my phone charger for about 5 minutes or so I went back into the office to retrieve it she was then arguing with another customer who was also complaing about her attitude, and lack of professionalism. Will not be returning here for any of my car services this company just lost a potentail customer!

Try to get my brakes done here. The lady told me I would have to come myself and ask the mechanic and then she told me to google and see if I had a brakes. I’m like I don’t know. This is my first brake job on my truck this place has the worst customer service.

They zipped tied my oil pan on my car and lied about on Saturday. Now I have to pay Nissan to correct it. They were very rude when my husband went back up there to discuss it. I tried to speak with the owner and was very rude and dismissive.I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. It’s sad you can’t trust people to be honest about a service you pay for. If I could give no stars I would.

I LOVE Forney Tire & Service. I'm so glad they bought this location and turned it around several years ago. They are fast, friendly, and extremely reasonable with their pricing. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are good, trustworthy people!

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Not only are they OVERPRICED but SLOW. It doesn't take 15+ minutes to change a tire.
