on Monday I went to golden chick and the food was good but then I decided to go to the restroom and it was HORRID as if no one cleaned it for days. The people whoevers ment to clean that day cleary didn't care at all. Ong y'all better get good workers the cleanliness was sad.

The tv was BLARING!! Had 3 of them but the one in the main area was so loud I could barely hear the counter person. I got the fish fillet, 2 small pieces cost $8+ Wasn't very tasty but at least it wasn't dry.

I had a FANTASTIC dine in experience this evening. Then new guy manager with the braids in blue shirt is like an efficient quarterback. Food & Service so much better since he came to restaurant. Five real stars from a real customer. Give him a raise! He has the team on point now!!!!

I was in line inside to order my food (kid tender meal) and the cashier was super super nice to everyone in front of me and when it was my turn she was super nice to me as well it was very welcoming compared to the drive through. She was great! Went by the name mars. Food was fresh too this time. will definitely be back!

Came at 5:40 pm. Ordered 4 fried chicken breast via drive through & a water. The cashier Jamiya stated they only had 2 chicken breast and would need to wait for the 2 additional pieces of chicken. I told her I could pull to the front but may I have the water. She said “you’ll get it with the food” I looked at her and asked “water? You can’t just give me the water while I wait?” She proceeds to roll her eyes stomp off grab the water & handed it to me. I’m very confused as to why giving a paying customer their ordered water is a problem. That’s basic customer service. I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes in the car before I entered the store to see what the hold up was with the ordered chicken. The man behind the counter says “what did you order?” I proceed to give him the receipt & he says “oh it’s ready”. If that’s as the case why the hell did I go into the drive through just to walk into the store to get my meal. Very unorganized. Will I return? Absolutely not. Terrible customer service.

The manager is so rude! He acts like he can’t talk if you ask for anything, the girl workers don’t say anything either gave us the wrong food 2 times and still didn’t get it right when we asked. And when we did ask they gave us dirty looks and acted like they didn’t see us at the window and purposely ignored us. Wasn’t even busy either… we were the only car. Just sad.

I called because we were having a church function and needed food. I ordered 20 pieces of chicken and because it was so expensive I told them no sides. When I got there Eric had thrown in the sides for the same price. I decided I would be back when I needed a large supply of food. My church is a large church so I hope to bless Golden Chicken the way Eric did me!
