Absolutely love this place. I walked in and the customer service was excellent. I had an idea on the engagement ring I wanted to get for my girlfriend and they helped me create and bring my idea to reality. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Afandi for taking care of me

I love this place. They have helped me before. So automatically I thought of going there with no hesitation. If I could I would rate them 6 stars. This ring has alot of sentimental to me. They sized my ring from an 8 to a 9 and its so clean and shiny so I can wear it and smile when I look at it. Also, they do follow ups with their customers. Thank you, Afandi you all are AWESOME!(1st Pic is before, 2nd Pic is after - Beautiful, Shiny, and perfect size).

I had a sterling silver ring that had changed color. When I picked it up it was amazing, looking like a new ring. Great job at an affordable price. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I'd love to know why they will gladly smile in your face and ask for $5000 for a moissanite Cuban link chain, the same chain walmart is asking $399 for. Shady. Very shady. Someone thinks we are dumb.

It was my first time going to Afandi , everybody are nice . I had a jewlry repaired , and they said more than 5 days wait but they finished the job in 2 days . Good customer service .

I came here to today for the first time and was greeted with a warm welcome and pure kindness from Lance from the moment I walked in! He was so helpful and I left extremely pleased as he accomplished just what I needed. I’ll definitely go back even if it’s just to have my jewelry cleaned. The store is clean and very inviting. Prices on jewelry are reasonable and the jewelry looks remarkable!

I took numerous pieces to be appraised starting in October of 2023. The appraisals were not returned in the timely manner in which I was told they would be. One of the pieces I took for an appraisal I decided to reset instead of spending the cost of the repair. I was promised some design choices and never received them. I finally went to the store and discussed what could be done. Was again promised design choices to not receive them. Went to the store again and discussed options. Finally got one design choice and approved it. Was told I would receive the other design choice in a day or two to approve. Several days later went back to the store and discussed never getting any design choices. Was promised my pieces would be ready by 12/22/23 no later than 5 Was called and told 6. I couldn't do that as I had other plans( even 5 was pushing for my other plans). Today I was headed to pick them up and was called and told they wouldn't be available until closer to noon. Noon 12/23/23 is not 12/22/23. Was also told they several calls were made to me during the process. I never received calls until I started showing up in the store saying I'm not getting the service I was promised. The amount of money I'm spending may not be a large amount to many of their customers but to me it's a considerable sum and I expect better customer service for that price. Today I was told jewelry making isn't an exact science, I can understand that. However, if that's how you view it don't promise something you can't deliver. I know many in the community highly recommend this store but I cannot recommend it and will be sure my local friends know of my dissatisfaction.

The very best!! I dropped my relatively expensive watch and it totally stopped. I left the watch at Golden Jewelers Forney prepared for an expensive bill. Next day - fixed at no charge - battery had to be reseated. Competent and HONEST!!Jim D Forney
