Didn’t even get our hair cut. There is a sign on the door that says 5 clients in lobby. Well it’s old and you have to be physic to know that. If you tell the stylist your outside they will skip you. Then when you question it they will be incredibly rude to you and jump down your throat. They won’t come get you from outside even if they can see you right through the glass. I have gone to several Great clips and had a crap experience at every one!! They should rename it to Horrible Clips. The people and cuts are HORRID!!

This was kinda last minute stop but my mom wanted her hair trimmed the workers are rude and smelled really weird there and it was just a trim and it looked choppy just pay the high dollar lol next time get what you pay for I guess

My regular barber, Trina is no longer there ... she was amazing. The young man who cut my husband's hair was very nice, but I was not satisfied with the service. I asked for a cut and trim and he just cut my husband's hair and beard one length and didn't line the edges or beard.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner went in there and asked to keep the shape of the previous cut, and don’t touch the back at all, and take an inch off the top. The girl proceeded to take all of the hair off the top and the back and ruin his previous shape of the cut. He tried to stop her but she was working too fast and rushing through the cut because they were about to close. If you don’t feel like you have time to do the cut the customer is asking for then tell them no before you ruin your hair. Highly disappointing and do not recommend you waste your money there.

Before booking appointment I asked if they could cut my long hair to a picture I showed her. Of course she said yes. Immediately this started cutting without any consideration to my instructions. The rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a salon. Needless to say, I left with half of the service, because she had cut it tooooo short. Never go to this place unless you need a barber.

Judy is the Best hair Stylist & did my hair just as I wanted it, as she asked & listenes on exactly how you want it done & does it just like you want it to be. Judy's been skilled w hair for many Yrs. And w this, Judy is the Only one who has cut my hair Properly (as I've had it done by 3 Other hair Stylist at different places, which did my hair, so improperly). Judy is a Great Blessed hair Stylist & is Very Blessed & talented at thisToo!!!?And w good prices Too ?

Always have such a great experience here with my entire family but today I walk in to look for my specific stylist and couldn't remember her name right off hand so tried asking an older hespanic woman whom was sitting down eating lunch, at the time I walked in. She couldn't find the stylist under my name so I asked her to check under my son's name which apparently was to much work for her, so she asks me "do you want a hair cut, or no"?I was simply trying to see if the woman who does such a terrific job on my entire family's hair would be in today or not and instead got brushed off by this woman who was more interested in eating her lunch then serving customers. I walked out and I guess I will try again later with someone who has a better attitude.
