Super nice people but did work I didn't approve. Had my jeep 5 days in for front end work to leave me with a gear oil soaked rear wheel and jeep. And charged me $580+, $10 for gas to make my jeep worse. Jeep went back for 5 more days and driven around. Still gave it back to me leaking. The seal had been a weep for years and wasnt leaking. Thanks for sending me out of state with a major leak. Hope your buisness does well and other customer's vehicles get better treatment than mine did.
Side note... the axle isnt bent. The housing isnt worn out. $70 in parts fixed it.

Was looking for a shop that specializes in lexus.. Found J and M through lexus forums and decided to give a try.. had a transmission drain and fill done Here. Drop car off and picked it up later that afternoon. Felt the difference as soon as I got on highway and had to push the pedal to the metal (so to speak ) to merge on.. great friendly people , would and will recommend them to those who are looking for a good mechanic.. I will be using them later for other jobs and I will repost or update when time comes . If your thinking of using them , do it ! Jaime , Melanie and crew, keep up the good work and good vibes !

I have a 2008 Tundra and a 2018 Corrolla and Jaime and his team have repaired my vehicles. J and M auto is upfront on what you need and fair pricing. I will continue to bring my vehicles to him for repairs. I've been taking my cars to him since 2023.

Great timely service! I had a coolant leak. Got my car towed, they diagnosed, kept me updated with the estimate, completion time and pickup. As long as I remain a resident out here, they will be my go to car repair shop. Excellent honest work!

I took my car to J and M to check the suspension. Even though they had no open slots, Jaime took the time to see my car and he make sure the car was safe to drive. I will definitely be coming here in the future for auto repairs.

Amazing! Honest, thorough and VERY fair pricing! I brought my Jeep Wrangler in with transmission issues. Right off the bat the owner Jamie and his daughter Melanie met with me and assured me they would figure out the problem. When I received the estimate for repair costs I was extremely relieved as I thought it was going to cost me thousands of dollars. I am only upset they are not located in South Florida where I live. I have been looking for a mechanic like them for a long time. If you are looking for an honest and professional skilled mechanic, then you found them. As I was leaving from dropping off my jeep, a customer stood up and told me he drives an hour and a half to bring his car to Jamie because he doesn't trust anyone else. That spoke volumes to me. J&M Auto is a diamond in the rough!

Took my Toyota Camry here for service after the car not starting. They were very honest and let me know it was just my key that was the issue and didn’t try to upsell me on any other services or anything. 10/10 would use the again. Excellent customer service
