When I enrolled my granddaughter the experience was great. I watched the owner be very kind and take the time to explain everything to the woman in front of me and she was very patient with me as well. She gave me options to keep costs down. I'm excited to bring my granddaughter here.

So many aweful things. One of my "favorite" memories was being charged more for a camp than the price advertised on a huge poster right next to register as a much lower price. False advertising much?? Things like this happened on many occasions. The schedules changed all the time with no communication- so badly in fact that one time there were whole families who had traveled to see the kids perform out of town and actually missed the whole thing because the owner/coaches provided the wrong time. Between all that, the lack of communication, and the lack of respect for basic customer satisfaction it became very frustrating. Many of us parents were so fed up we tried to quit and were told we were under contract to stay until the end of program (and of course to keep paying every month until the end). Come to find out the only contract actually stated there is a 30 day notice required to quit. I voiced all of my concerns and there were never any solutions, resolutions, or even apologies offered. It's really sad that businesses can get away with this in America! Maybe someone should go to the news. This place should be shut down. Please save yourself and run away from this place!!!

The worst experience ever. No communication at all. They continued to change date and times without notifying anyone. There were plenty of times I showed up to class and the class was canceled. I had no knowledge of the time change. Secondly, I called in May to inform them my daughter would be gone for the summer and I did not want to be charged for the month of June or July. When I called, the person on the phone informed me that I would not be charged and I would have to re-register each season. Unfortunately June 8th I was charged. I attempted to call to receive a refund and they refused. Stating the information that was given to me was incorrect. Which I should not be penalized for that. She refused to help solve the issue and now what was supposed to be a summer break from the tumble/cheer class is now a non-returning customer. Very sad the way they conduct business. I definitely would not recommend.

Do not take any classes at this studio or gym! Constantly changing coaches and teachers. Found out male coaches had a questionable background! Studio & gym is dirty. Owner is unorganized and not capable of owning a successful business. Out of safety for my child we left and have seen so many parents do the same they maybe have few returning dancers/cheerleaders. It’s embarrassing!

This place is a joke! Took me 3 weeks for someone to even call me back to get general information. The girl said we could come Saturday at 10:30am for Hip Hop Classes and here we are at 10:25am, been waiting outside 20 minutes and the place is closed. The phone number they have listed on the door and on google us useless because nobody EVER answers! Hours on google says it closed on Saturday but business hours on their door says otherwise. I'm glad I didn't fully sign her up yet and let them take my money. Looks like they might be really good at taking money but not complying with business.

#RhythmHouseDanceForneyTexas ... Be careful because they won't refund me my money, they took $72 out of my account two weeks ago. My daughter went in to take her first ballet class and I did not like it. There was another mother there that told me that she would never even leave her kids there. That told me what I needed to know. My daughter has not taken a dance class here. So I would be extremely careful. The owner will not even return (Lindsey) (the employee) call about my refund. They keep deleting our Facebook comments, and will not return my calls. They are a bunch of thieves and this is a terrible dance studio. I wouldn't trust any of these people with my children. Vibe was way off, and obviously it was right...If I have learned anything, YOU TRUST YOUR GUT.#RhythmHouseDance&CheerGym #forneytx #dance

3 DsDiscipline - The owner doesn't have any idea! No showed for classes x 2, sent last minute subs x 2, cancelled class #5 and moved to Wednesday and class # 6 cancelled all further classes. Communication from owner was either nonexistent or last minute. Owner also did not consider parents other schedules when changing class day. Business phone number posted but no one answers this number or returns calls.Disaappointed - Children were so excited only to be standing waiting for class all dressed in new dance outfits to find out no class. Parents rushed from jobs and one mother drove 25 minutes each way. Sub teachers were not aware of the fact the girls had not had but 1 or 2 lessons.Dissatisfied - Out money for dance outfits and now left trying to find a place to start girls this late. What a joke this studio is!!!

This school was probably bought from someone who was a great teacher. However, from what I’m noticing, their horrible. Do NOT go to to this school. Run away!

It’s taken me while to get around to this but it needs to be done. This studio has ruined my love for dancing! The owner is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t seem to care for the dancers or families, except for a few favorites of course. She was extremely unorganized. The studio is extremely unclean and needs to be finished (flooring). There were always bugs, especially in the team room. The teachers were not always uplifting and encouraging towards the dancers. And need I mention they would say that the way we danced would result in an unsuccessful life. There was always something to say about not being our best after hours of practice. As for money we were pretty sure she was overcharging us. She does not have any regards for mental health. She opened a new studio when she can hardly keep up with one. It is entirely frustrating when there was no support. She is not good with handling drama- even though she was the main subject of said drama. For teens- it is good to have a healthy way of expressing concerns- even if it is with other students, however, when having these personal conversations the owner would sneak around and listen and then force expression of the feelings. I should probably mention that it was extremely unsanitary- nothing was ever clean napkins, toilet paper, soap were never restocked. There’s is also not an emergency medical kit ( not even bandaids) and it’s hard to talk to someone because often times there was no one at the front desk. She also lies about results on social media but we won’t get into that lol. Please I beg of you find a better place for your child to dance this place is not it! - from an ex client (dancer)

My family member has been going her for 2 years. She really loves ballet however her teacher has not helped her advance at all. Her teacher is always late dresses like she was in a hurry getting there. She is rude and disrespects children. She made fun of her attire . She may want to look in the mirror first. From reading other reviews obviously there are good teacher here but hers in not. I believed the owner knows exactly whom I am talking about. I will have to reach out to the State of Texas regulators for dance classes such as permits and licenses if changes are not made. It is a shame that children look up to teachers but not in this case. You don't tell a child negative remarks, if you must speak on something tell the parent unless your courage in that area is weak. I will start going with her to class, Great school Im sure great teachers with one bad apple. Owner please acknowledge

My daughter has been at Rhythm House for going on three years now and her experience has been exceptional. The teachers (Mr. Josh, Ms. Erica, Mr. Brian and Ms. Maddie) and owner truly care and invest in each dancer and give them all of the tools they need to develop into the best dancer they can be. My daughter has grown so much during her time there. At seven, she's in the advanced Ballet class with Ms. Maddie. Ms. Maddie demands the very best from each child while also being very encouraging. You can tell Ms. Maddie lives for Ballet and teaching and it shows on her students. Do not listen to negative reviews. My daughter is there 5 days a week for several hours a day and I have nothing but positive feedback. Best studio in the DFW!

If you are looking for a place to dance, tumble or cheer I would look else where. This place has a high turn over of instructors. The owner is very rude and manipulative. The atmosphere is very depressing. There is a lot of bullying by staff and children.

Great, I think it's a little difficult to get 4 year olds to pay attention.
