2 stars because the oil tech was on their phone the full time service was being completed. Made me as a customer feel uncomfortable and not confident they were completing the job correctly. (I hate to say it but it was the female tech up top)

I usually have a decent experience with this location. The last 2 times I’ve been there the customer was horrible. I asked if they could replace my signal light and was responded to with an attitude. I went today and needed my oil changed and no one other customers were there. A worker came out and didn’t want to change my oil because of my hood damage even after I informed him I only come to this location to get my oil changed and it’s been changed since the damage that I had. No one else wanted to do it either. He didn’t call his manager after I requested it. He acknowledged the sticker I had showing that that location had changed my oil before so clearly there was no issue. It was ridiculous.

Job could’ve been better for how much I paid. Got my transmission fluid changed and they didn’t tighten the bolt all the way. My truck started leaking transmission fluid not long after.
