Rhonda at Sephora is highly unprofessional. The team tricked me into having a hard pull on my credit even after I advised I did not want a hard pull. They ASSURED me that it was not a hard credit pull. They proceeded to dodge the situation once I requested for documentation to provide Transunion to dispute the transaction and have gotten only the run around and phone numbers that do not lead to corporate.

I went in the store for the SephoraSales on 11-09-24. Little around 4:30. I was racially profiled and followed all around the Sephora. There was a tall Caucasian/Hispanic worker that was the problem. I got so disappointed I took my purse to the car and came back in to make my purchase. I’ve worked for Sephora at Kolhs before and I know how it goes. That why I put in a two week notice and started work for Ulta Beauty. Kolhs need more training and needs to improve when it comes to black people shopping there. My God bless You😊

I came to Sephora with hopes of getting color matched today and clearly they have no women of color (black women) that work here. What seemed to be an inexperienced Caucasian high school kid put forth VERY little effort to assist me with finding the right color.
The color she selected had me looking crazy (it was too yellow) when I told her I didn’t think it was the right color she was pretty dismissive. I’ll stick with ULTA in Terrell, they always have professionals available to assist me. These kids really need to stick to fast food lol because she ruined my entire shopping experience and this was my first time shopping at Sephora.

Absolutely great experience at this location. Have not seen another Sephora so nice and awesome Customer Service the girls there take the time to listen to your questions as well as very helpful. As you enter you geet greeted and made feel welcoming. Also they stay asking you if you need any help or have any questions. Everything just looks so nice. Will be my favorite store. Have gone to several throughout the metroplex but this one is awesome. Did some shopping on the Kohl's they do have a variety of things as well everything looks so good throughout the entire store every employee is very nice. Can't wait to go back. I had to let family and friends know about my experience today. -Brit❤️

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the Sephora within this store. The associates lingered by me but offered no help. I felt as if I was being racially profiled. This is not my usual experience at this location but it is when there are two particular employees working. One is a taller hispanic woman and a skinner white woman. Luckily there was another associate there named Destiny who was a dream. She was beyond helpful and she is the only reason I made a purchase. Her customer service was so good that I wanted to recruit her for my own customer service team, as I am a retail manager myself. I hope the other two employees find work elsewhere as they are not a good representation of Kohls or Sephoa.

This new Kohls has a very small selection especially compared to other locations. You are way better off buying merchandise on their website. What has happened to the Women's selection of clothing? The stuff looks thin, cheap, ugly, and overpriced. I was even surprised at how bad the shoes and purses are. I only ended up buying panties, camisole, and a towel. The sales checkout lady was really nice.
