Just called and asked a question about my refill and the woman did not answer my question at all and didn’t listen to what I had to say. Just gave a rude generic answer to something I didn’t ask. Very disappointing.

Gave me the wrong medication, when I called to ask about it the pharmacist SWORE at me and insulted me several times. Didnt even get a refund for the wrong meds. Don’t waste your time or your money here. These people are actually insane

I picked up medication yesterday for my husband and me. When I was there I told them that I only need zepbound and my husband’s medication. They handed me multiple bags that turned out to be two other medications for me that I haven’t been on for over a year and I am allergic to one. When I called the man I spoke to was extremely rude, condescending, demeaning right off the bat. He was mocking me when I was able to talk which wasn’t much, told me I took no responsibility when I asked why they gave me medication that I am allergic to and it says it on my profile, he said “oh you’re a rough one aren’t you”, “you get off on arguing the little details don’t you?” And other unprovoked insults. I barely got a word in and I honestly have never been spoken to this way.

Only gave me half my prescription, when I called they said “ oh we don’t have enough” but never told me anything or gave me the chance to get somewhere esle.
Second problem- Called to see when my meds were ready to pick up “They said ready for pickup tomorrow.” Went to pickup they said Tomorrow. Was telling I couldn’t pick up my meds until the day after I ran out. Basically make their own rules

Don't advertise free vaccines if they are not free. You making money off the insurance we pay a ton for is not "free" and if you don't have insurance you have to pay. Also the lady working the front does not know how to do anything including using her computer....

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Staff is rude, they make mistakes with rx costs and expect the pt to remind and correct them each time you pick uo the same rx. Staff talks over you and e efytime their information is incorrect. I absolutely dislike everything about this pharmacy. They should receive a ci distant award for rude, insensitive and no customer service skill set. Instead of the drove through being g under construction, the staff should be under construction. Worst ever!!!

This is my main pharmacy. The employees are always friendly. They always try to get me the lowest price on my meds. Even when they’re busy, the wait is still shorter than at CVS.

Walked in right after my kid’s doctors appointment and asked for her prescription. I understand that it wouldn’t be ready right away because we don’t live in Forney and her doctor is close to this location so we’re always a little early and have to wait. I walked to the lady at the desk and she asked for a name before I even made it around the little wall. I didn’t hear her and asked her to repeat herself. The audacity of me to ask such a big request. I gave her the name and she immediately started shaking her head and asked if we just came from the doctors. Told her yes and continued to huff and puff while taking her DOB. “Yeah we haven’t even received that yet” as if I was the dumbest thing she’d talk to today. I more so was waiting for a time frame. Absolutely NO customer service skills. A very sour and unkind human.

I’ve had two dealings with Tiffany, who is very unprofessional and disrespectful. In person or on the phone, her behavior and attitude is very rude and abrupt!So rude that she even threw down the phone through the window while talking with me because of her frustrations and irritability .This should not be tolerated. It is very unfortunate. no human being should have to deal with this type of behavior.

Kroger is a convenient neighborhood supermarket. While their prices may not always be the lowest, utilizing their phone app, weekly savings, and online coupons can help you pocket significant savings, making the trip worthwhile.Their store brand offers quality that won't disappoint, and the variety of products is a definite plus.It's worth noting that the Forney location falls slightly short in size when compared to some other Kroger stores, which can be a tad disappointing.The friendly and helpful staff, along with the store's cleanliness, creates a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, Kroger is a valuable stop on your quest for savings.
