Called to see if they had an item in stock. Was told they were too busy to look because it’s Saturday. Well thank you I like to support brick and mortar stores, but you just inspired me to buy on Amazon will not be back in your store

New managers and the store has completely turned around! If you want quality and to be educated on how to care for your pool, this place is for you. Now only do they have amazing chemicals, but the customer service is amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Rude, man didn't even want to help me. Tried to send me to Garland, which was 30 miles out of my way when Billards and pools were 7 minutes from them. Because I have an above ground pool he looked down his nose at me. I do not recommend this place at all!

This felt like the yuckiest experience I've ever had at any retailer/supplier. Started out with asking if he could help with something. My husband explained that our pool builder suggested them and this guy said, "You need to fire them then!" Joking, right? No. We haven't even asked for specifics and he isn't offering anything but that we need to make our builder teach us. We are there for future products and suggestions on best being offered at this store. I'm even looking around for chairs and lots of other accessories to outfit our new pool; however, he was so rude and short with my husband that my little boy picked up on it. We felt so uncomfortable and this saddens me. Unfortunately, I see coming to the reviews would have saved us a trip. Glad we didn't spend a dime before we found out.

This store has a new General Manager, Ryan. He has been working hard on reorganizing and getting the store in top condition. He has been with the company for a long time, and is very knowledgeable. Come give him a try!

First time in the store and it was a good experience. They had the grids for my old filter, water analysis machine was up and running, they had all the chemicals I needed and gave me clear instructions on how to administer them. Staff was friendly and helped me load everything into the car.

This Leslie's has gone completely down hill in the past year. Testing machine and computers are constantly not working. Today is Sunday and though the hours day open at 10:00. No one is at the store and it's 11:00. If I were an owner or franchisee I would be very concerned that customers have to constantly drive to Mesquite to have their pool needs met

This place is a mess. The help is unreliable. If you go during the week, maybe you’ll get Angela and she’s pretty good help, but if you go on the weekend, don’t go between 11-1. They have a sign up that says they’ll be back in 10 minutes, but the guy doesn’t show back up until after 1 some time. I know because after the third time this happened, I decided to wait to see just how long his 10 minutes was… I was there from 11:30-1:10 and he never showed up. Went back around 3 pm and he was there. When I suggested that he might just want to put an actual time for us to return, he gave me a look like he either didn’t care what I said or didn’t understand it. He looked sleepy or high, but he always looks like that and he moves like a turtle. He’s also not very knowledgeable at all. He can run the tests because they’re automated, but he can not provide any education about your pool or the chemicals. Good luck if you’re dealing with them. I’ll use Sunshine or go to Rockwall from now on.

We stopped in to buy an above ground pool pump, employee was not very knowledgeable about the product, I had to ask if we needed sand with it, couldn't answer any questions about what kind of warranty the pump had, was totally uninterested in making sure we got what we needed, I was not very happy with my experience, spent a lot of money and probably would have spent more, had the employee been a little more helpful and attentive. Got home and found out that we needed hoses, and clamps, probably could have gotten them when we bought the pump. I found the whole experience rather irritating.

We brought a sample in for testing, rep #1 said add these chemicals at this rate....we bought the chemicals ($120). Week later took another sample in....rep #2 said the we had too much of the 1st chemical...rep #2 sold us more chemicals to counter act the 1st batch! Bought an auto-chlorinator, 4 mo. later the lid broke. Leslie's rep #3 said he could not help me since it was a Jacuzzi brand. He could not even provide a number to call! Typical with the Leslie's store in Forney, Tx....NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!

Called and was hung up on by a guy named Edward. Called back to see that it rang and rang. So I drove 20 min to the store. I walked in and No one was around. I said hello and the guy walked out he seemed stoned or asleep. I asked him for a cap and he kept showing me a plug. I told him thats a plug not a cap. I had to explain to the professional what the difference was. He kept walking to the back counter to talk to Angela the store manager. She stayed in the back the whole time. On his third attempt to ask her for help i walked back with him to wait. She said loudly that it was a cap. I said no its a plug if you read the bag its labeled plug. I asked him about automatic pool vacuums "robots". He said they didn't carry them i should try somewhere else. I said ok I will just try Pool Stop in rockwall. I was with my 5 year old and she was getting antsy or I would have asked to talk to the manger angela that was setting around back. As I was leaving i noticed the sticker on the window that said face mask required. I turned and asked Edward how come we are wearing a mask and the whole time I was in there he wasn't? He said i can get one if you want. Lazy kids running this store and no direction. The dsm should check his traffic reports and see his sales are lacking. I was willing to spend money. Pool Stop was awesome got the part I need and the automatic vacuum/robot. Will not be back and I will be spreading the word about the horrible service.
