Sometimes better than other times. Overbilled us last time. Occasionally slow service. Homecooked style is ok. Day in and day out, this is a very good place to get home cooking at fair price. Prices have gone up in the last year, so has everything else as well. The prices went up again. Might have to eat out less. I now eat there less than ever. Update: It now seems like eating here cost as much as other nicer places. Personnel are as good as anywhere. We ate there again today. Service and food were good like always.

Good service, chicken had no flavor. Pretty average offerings which were mediocre at best. I gravitated to this restaurant because it was Veteran owned and always willing to support small family operated businesses. Though the Service was good it didn't really make up for flavor I was expecting.

Our family was drawn to this charming restaurant because of its distinct character and the fact that it is a family-owned business. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and hospitable staff. The cozy ambiance of the place made us feel right at home. We were delighted to find that the food was not only well-seasoned but also cooked to perfection. We savored every bite of our meal, which was a true culinary delight. Towards the back of the restaurant, we discovered ample seating arrangements that were perfect for large family gatherings. All in all, it was a memorable dining experience that we would love to relive again.

Paid $25.00 for three eggs, toast and a tuna sandwich with a skimpy side of home potatoes. The locals appeared to get heaping portions. If driving by, keep going, not worth the stop. Nice service, but the food was small and tasteless. Small and Tasteless!!!!

I was a little skeptical at first going here because of the reviews. I ended up getting the Denver omelet with biscuit and gravy, which was out of this world. They weren't stingy with the meat, and their biscuits and pancakes were made from scratch, given it a good homemade flavor. I've been to a lot of places that say that they have great biscuit and gravy but do not through I can say For certain their biscuit and gravy in a league of its own top tier in addition to pancakes were good too I really enjoyed my meal thank you mama's daughter diner for serving me this Out of this world breakfast.

This is the most charming, small-town feeling, down home, retro southern diner! I'm in love with this place! The asthetics are just so very quaint with southern catch phrases adorning the walls everywhere. The meatloaf is amazing and the fried pickles are out of this world!
