1st time using them. Dropped my Explorer off on a Sunday evening for a full AC repair. Got it back Monday evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better turn around time. Great communication and fair price. Will be going back for sure.

When AC went out in the heat of summer tried this place and was not disappointed!! Great to work with issue settle within a day 1/2!! Thank you! Response fast! Our Audi was misfiring and we are not from the area. We had no idea on what the issue was and were terrified. I called Charles at master auto repair and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes!! And wouldn't accept any money for helping me since he fixed it so quickly!! I STRONGLY recommend anyone in the area to visit Charles at Master Auto. He definitely knows his stuff and is fair and honest!

Charles has worked on my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox twice and has provided excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and is able to explain what is wrong with your vehicle in a way that you can understand, even if you know zero about cars; I appreciate that. His prices are very reasonable and he does excellent work. Highly recommend if you live in Forney and need a quality mechanic. Thanks again, Charles!
