I went twice and received incorrect physical checkup and treatment from Susan, The first time, I went to another clinic because the treatment did not work and the second time she sent me to the emergency room, and I did not need that, and I paid the emergency costs.

I have gone to this location for my children's physicals previously and had overall great experiences for what we were there for. Last week, however, was an example of what I call "above and beyond" service. NP Susan Kinyanjui took us in even though we did not have an appointment. The clinic that I thought was urgent care, would not see my daughter due to not being her PCP. I went to Minute Clinic because I thought they were urgent care as well. Ms. Susan happened to have a cancellation but explained that another patient was due to come soon. She cared enough to ask what was going on and took time to see my daughter and began to run test and ordered her blood work to be completed at Quest. She excused us while she saw the scheduled appointment and then invited us back in to finish. She has since followed up to check on my daughter and share the results. I am so thankful to her for this. My daughter is 18 and we are very much in that space of moving between pediatrician and primary care, so we felt stuck as she woke feeling sick that morning. I am grateful to Ms. Susan Kinyanjui because she could have dismissed us, but didn't, she could have rushed us, but didn't and overall she has been a great provider (we tried to see if she could be our primary!!) Thank you, Ms. Susan!

Scheduled online, showed up on time, and was in and out within 30minutes. Shannon was a great provider, definitely will be using again.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic; they charged me $75 for a flu shot, even though I had insurance. I will never go to this clinic again.

Rude rude rude I will never go to this location again. If 0 stars were available that's what they would receive.

I made a Sports Physical appointment a day prior. I get to the appointment 7 mins late and it was cancelled. No one was waiting. The lady who seemed to be a Medical Professional told me I was too late and my paper is not completed so they could not help. That's ridiculous I will never ever come there again.

I made an appointment because I was feeling sick, the wait was very long two hours past appointment time I was worried about the provider taking a lunch as it was lunch time but she didn’t. I only wish they would've told me when I checked in and got my vitals it was gonna be two hours I would’ve got lunch and came back. But once I saw the very nice NP she was thorough and amazing, worth the wait. She tried to pinpoint exactly what was causing my issues and made sure I had prescriptions for all my issues before leaving. CVS had my meds filled ASAP post appointment and I was on my way. I would definitely see the NP again, she did a wonderful job. Maybe they need another provider to fill their needs or to make less appointments expecting everyone to only need a 15 minute slot is insane.

Scheduled an appointment for 11:30am. Arrived 15 early like website says and checked in. Didn’t get seen until 12:30pm. What was the point of setting the appointment? However the Doctor was very nice and thorough with her process.

Soooo yes; the wait time is terrible. Horrible actually. But I wasn’t able to get into my doctor or any other provider in their office for a couple of days. I needed to get seen by someone fast so I made an appt here. I waited about 2 hours after my appt time and it was very busy. However, once I was seen, the doctor was so thorough and amazing. I feel bad for these doctors! They can’t possibly be expected to treat patients in 10 minutes or whatever they are expected to do. This doctor heard my concerns, ran tests, and did a very thorough check. Prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid and I was better the next day. I wish I could remember her name but I do know she used to be an ER doctor before coming to this clinic. So long story short- I don’t mind waiting to be seen if I’m going to get the care I received at my visit.

If only it were possible to post a negative rating for this joke of a clinic. If you plan to waste a whole day then by all means book an appointment here. Don’t come early because you are just going to sit/ stand around: even when it’s time for your appointment there are still others waiting in line ahead of you. Something that should have only taken less than 10 minutes to confirm a negative skin test should not take hours to confirm.

Absolutely not. I scheduled flu shots for myself and my son. 6:10 and 6:20pm. We were 20 minutes early for the appointments. Signed in, waited. An hour later, we were still waiting. I canceled and walked about. I will NEVER go back to a Minute Clinic again. BTW: Walgreens has a short wait for flu shots. I only went to CVS because my company prefers their Caremark 90 day prescription mail option. I will not ever schedule another appointment with Minute Clinic, nor will I shop at CVS. What a joke.

How are you going to be listed as urgent care but only open half a day.

I will never go to this location. First I called in phone and was told walk ins were accepted but when I walked in the NP told me she couldn't attend to.me that I needed an appointment. I got one booked fir the next day and she told me I needed to bring a form since u was there for a physical, I told her I could have it emailed to me and she said fine. The next day I showed up and it took her 14 mins to call me in...her first question was,,, did they say a NP can sign the firm or its just a Physician? That not withstanding u had to call my employer and was told she could sign it. Next she told me I had to print and fill out the form. I asked if I could email it to any of their computers and print it out but she told me there wasn't any printer around there , I had to drive into traffic to find a printing store which they even did it for me for free and when u got back she told me she wasn't sure of attending to me because it was 15m to closing time. I would have gone but this lady walked up from behind trying to clock in at that time and when the lady explained to the NP they spoke over the phone, she took her in and told me to give her a minute and she will attend to me. It took her 35 mins later then she cracked the door open to peep if I was still there and went back in. Took her another 10 mins then she came out and said fill out your form and I will be with you in a minute. Then I realized just there at the front desk was a computer and a printer of which she said they had none. I waited 20 more minutes and she never came out so I o I left.
