Location and access is great. Pricing is great. The lady that answers the phone, and runs the office is extremely rude, condescending and dismissive. Not a pleasant experience dealing with her.

Northstar has been a wonderful storage facility offering easy access to all your items and providing excellent customer service. Either renting a storage space, placing a trailer or RV.
I've stored all my families belongings here for over 12 yrs within their climate controlled facility.
They offer country home hospitality to you like family.
If you ever have a question or issue to access property they are always there to help!
I would recommend having your items stored here in their secured storage facility.
Can't speak any more highly or expect a better place to store your belongings with care!

Called in an attempt to get a storage unit. No website, first red flag, reading reviews sounds like a mess anyways. Lady on phone wanted to play 20 questions. “What are you looking for” it’s a storage unit isn’t it? Thanks , but hard pass. Learn how to provide customer service

We do our best to keep the prices down and to be personalble with our customers....North Star Self Storage is a family owned business (small business) for 20 years. This Google listing is NOT an official page.... please be aware of any information on this page such as reviews & office times. Office hours: M-F 9:30-5pm & Sat. 10-3pm. We do work with the police, but they need to work with us.

I would NOT recommend storing anything of value at this location. Our camper was broken into, and RZR stolen. The owner made no effort to look at video footage or gate logs to assist with the investigation, and ignored multiple phone calls/voicemails. Regardless of this being an “official page” for the business or not, Google is a reputable company and we are REAL people leaving reviews.

Good pricing at a cost. I had my camper broken into. Stole my contents and damaged my camper. Apparently, the cameras don't catch thieves. Mesquite police department is who services that area and NOT FORNEY!! They could care less. They didn't even ask for the camera footage. Moved my stuff out there. Good luck yall.

This place is very reasonably priced compared to all of the other storage units in the Forney and Mesquite area.
