Drove right up and they filled my propane tank for the grill… $12… Super nice Guy… This was my first time at Northwest but definitely not my last. It is actually easier to have them refill it than to deal with Walmart or Lowe’s to pick up a refurbished tank.

I went to NW Propane 2-16-24 and Ninian helped me out. Ninian explained to me the difference in Propane that this store use and other stores and also recommended that I keep Propane in the trunk away from kids which I completely agreed because safety is first. Thanks Ninian and I will definitely be back.

Jim came out promptly in sub-freezing temperatures and snow when our propane regulator went out. Quickly confirmed that the regulator was the issue and replaced it. Then stayed to ensure that all of our propane appliances once again worked properly and pilot lights were lit. Friendly, professional and reliable service!
