I have been a customer of Performance Tire for years and wouldn't take any of my cars to anyone else for out of warranty service. They are professional, courteous, reliable and reasonably priced. Jason and his family have always taken good care of me and my family.

Had a tire puncture this morning and managed to drive here. They replaced and put my spare immediately. Never seen anywhere as fast as them. When they handed me my key, I walked up to pay, and shockingly, they told me there's no charge. They replaced my tire tire for free.

Update- Took my car to the original shop in Dallas (they're also BBB accredited) I mentioned in the review, and wouldn't you know, they were able to fix the issue by cutting out a piece of plastic to access the bolt and repair/replace it, then did my alignment. Car feels great now, avoid this shop, or at least get a second opinion before handing over ANY money to this place.

Brought my car in for an oil change and alignment after drivers side control arm had been replaced, was told alignment couldn't be done due to subframe being stripped and that it needed to be replaced. It was going to run $1600-$1800.It had been in an accident roughly 2 years ago which was why the arms were replaced, it was an insurance job so I asked if it was stripped and that damaged how did the other shop get the repairs and alignment done, and how was I able to drive almost two years on it like that? To which the manager said idk you'd have to ask the other shop. I then said I'd be there to pick up my car since I can't afford the repairs, and that's when the niceness stopped. I could've went off, cursed, been rude, but didn't. I know they deal with all kinds of people and attitude, this is my only car, so I went into panic mode and asked a bunch of questions.When I went to pick up my car, I noticed the plastic guard piece hanging underneath, upon paying for my oil change I asked if it needed to be bolted back up or if I could press it in because it wasn't like that when I brought it in. Man at the front says "idk if have to look at it I don't know anything about what's going on with the car. Whatever shop you're bringing. It to will have to take it back off anyways". He seemed very annoyed. He then comes back and says it's probably been hanging like that since the repair and that the rear bolt is what's stripped. Had a tired replaced last week and it definitely was not hanging.I bet if I had agreed to have them do the work on the car, they would've been plenty nice. Very unfortunate experience as I chose them because of the stellar reviews I had read prior.

Always get great service, and friendly staff here. The kind of place that will gladly greet you by name, over the phone, once they know you. Being the perpetual procrastinator I am, I waited until almost 4 o'clock in the afternoon before calling to see if they would have time to get my truck in that day, remove all 4 tire pressure sensors from inside the tires, break apart the new wheels and tires I brought to put the sensors into, and then put those new wheels and tires onto my truck. It might not sound like much, but breaking down, and putting back together, 8 tires is not a quick thing. Anyway, they got me in and out in less than an hour. Much better place than the chains like NTB or Firestone.
