The place is clean, well stocked, and has a groomer and self washing area. I would give it 4/5 if my dogs food ( Pet Supply brand) didn't shoot up $20 this past month. However, I will still buy from there because both my dogs enjoy their lamb and rice.

I will never book an appointment with this groomer ever again. I had an appointment for my dog on 10/4/2024 and they called and cancelled a few hours before the appointment. I had an appointment set for 10/12/2024 and they call and cancel. The cancellation was for the same reason each week. The groomer was sick. I know things happened but two weeks in a row. They offered to gro my dog on 10/11/2024 after I told them I was at work.

I scheduled my dog for the older dog grooming package on Tuesday for Saturday, I received a text asking me to contact the groomer on Friday morning , however the store wasn’t opened yet. During my morning break I contacted the grooming department and was told they don’t take dogs over 13( even though he’s 14 small bread with a cleared by his Vet) Okay, I understand but could you not have contacted me on Wednesday or Thursday so I could get him in somewhere else? Thankfully I’m able to get him in with another groomer but not until next Friday.

I recently had an excellent experience at Pet Supply Plus in Forney, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Graham. My daughter accidentally left our dog wash punch card in the restroom, and we didn’t realize it until we got home, just 15 minutes before closing. I called the store and spoke with Graham, who informed me that they had found the card but had already thrown it away. Without hesitation, he offered to replace it, which was a huge relief.
It's rare to find such prompt and helpful service these days, and Graham went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs—this level of customer care is what makes them stand out!

Store was a little expensive, but the Sales they had were priced well. Lots of selections to choose from. Store was clean and well kept.

Janene Stephens did an amazing job at cutting my parents shih tzu. If you need your dog groomed i highly recommend her. She’s very attentive and cares about all the animals she’s caring for and it shows. Will definitely be recommending to everyone

Still love the people that work here, they are nothing but kind, but having to show an ID and the credit card used for a pick up order defeats the purpose of having a pick up order. This is a recent thing, as my pick up order process is usually swift and easy. However, for pick up orders I will have to go elsewhere. It is inconvenient, especially when I have the order number, and the barcode in the email. Not a fan of this change, at all.
My favorite place to get my cat food! I order online and pick up curbside usually. I was helped by Kevin (I believe was his name), and he is always the most helpful and happy that it is contagious! I adopted my cat from here and will always be my number one shopping spot for my animals. Thanks so much Pet Supplies Plus Forney!!
