My daughter was hit in the rear of her car and the damage was pretty bad. They make the car look brand new. The color match and clear coat looks so good. Just didn't get the car back with much gas left in it.

We took our vehicle here for repairs, it was ready a couple of days earlier than expected, customer service was great from all parties, Rocky, Monica, and I believe Heather. I never had to call for updates, they were sent frequently, the communication was unmatched! It was a pleasure having them get our car back to the way it was. Very pleased!

I took my truck there years ago when it was under old ownership and my experience was great. However, I just recently took my car to them for repair to the hood. When I went to pick it up. I noticed that when they painted it they did not paint the little nicks that were in the front of the hood. I was told that when they repaint it the will only paint the damaged area (even though they had to remove the racing stripes and reseal because they said those were on wrong). I was under the impression that the insurance company had put to replace the hood and they did a repair instead. They also did not replace the emblem that was on the quote to be replaced. When they were giving me the car back they did not even notice it was the old scratched up emblem. He told me they would keep it and make it right since I was unhappy and they had to find or by another emblem. When I went to pick it up a week later I noticed that keeping it a week the only thing they did was replaced the emblem. They never painted what they claim is rock chip damage and not storm damage. But it does look like that area was sealed. I feel that in order to provide good customer service, if you are painting the hood it would not have taken much more time at all to have sprayed those areas as well, especially since the obviously clear coated it.
I will not ever be taking another vehicle back to this place.
