Just left my maltese there for 3 days during the Eclipse. Too many people for him to handle at our home :) he enjoyed playing with all the small dogs and was a good boy the whole time. Will leave him there again when I need to which is not often, but I think he enjoys being there. :-)

The customer service used to be lacking, but with the new staff, it has greatly improved. However, I am hesitant to return due to the subpar quality of grooming. My dog's hair is consistently uneven and there are left cut hair on him. I often have to brush him myself to remove all the excess hair that should have been properly removed .

The first experience wasn’t up to par , I told the lady on the phone that my one year old golden retriever needed a grooming and nail trim and that he was skidding and she stated no biggie we were experienced . After picking my dog up they told me he was skidding and couldn’t do majority of the services . Don’t recommend unless you’re ok with mediocre services .

I’ve taken my dog to Precious Pets for boarding, trimming, bathing, all the fixings. The team is great and takes great care of my dog! I highly recommend PPDS (Precious Pets Day Spa) for all your pet grooming/boarding needs.

I've been bringing my dog here for 3 years, and the service has progressively gotten worse. They ask for a 4-hour window to groom your pet, and in the last year, the time has taken longer and longer. Today, I called after almost 6 hours, and they told me my dog would be another hr or I could come pick him up and now but he wouldn't have a haircut. Which is crazy to me because that's the main reason we bring him to a groomer, to be groomed. I explained that I don't live in the area, so it's important that I pick him up before traffic gets bad. That's why I bring him early in the day. After reluctantly deciding to wait another hr, when we get there to pick him up, we are told that he was matted and will be charged extra. That was absolutely ridiculous since we brushed and combed him before we dropped him off. When I called, this wasn't mentioned at all. It was obvious retaliation on their part because I expressed my disappointment in the delay when I called. Given this has been the new normal for a little over a year now, and the fact that ithe delay ihas gotten longer each time, I felt obligated to say something so I can understand why this is an ongoing issue. We always tipped even when the service was bad, like the time they shaved my dog when they were only supposed to be cutting half of an inch off. I've never been a consistent long-time customer of a business and been treated this way. If the goal was to run off customers, then bravo! You've succeeded!
