This shop is great I had an issue wt my lights on trailer not working they quickly checked my truck and trailer 2 guys got right on it got me in and out if you have an issue give them a call they can let you know if they can take care of it

Had my windows tinted in October 2022, had to take my vehicle back twice because the front was garbage. Now that I've had the tint one year, all blemishes show including the front that they assured would dry. Now I can't get a call back, I've been trying to inquire on the actual brand of tint they sold me, it's absolutely not the UV tiny that I paid a lot for. Disappointing, I really had high hopes. Definitely not worth the price I paid, was assured the Tinder was experienced, it looks awful and now I'll be paying another company to fix their trash work.

Haven’t gotten anything done yet bc I’m still saving up but they have been very helpful with telling me everything I need to be able to do what I want done and I’m really satisfied with there customer service and kindness they’ve gone out of there way to make a list of everything I needed done and have pointed to some tips to save money

The absolute VERY BEST at non-communication with their customer, BS-ing their way through delays, making you think they can get a job done timely, and doing work that is not authorized on your vehicle. I turned in my 2022 Jeep for a 3 inch lift and powder coating my hinges. Was told the lift takes about 2 hours and the hinges a couple of days. Turned it in on a Wednesday morning first thing and even asked again if I was getting it back same day... was told no a couple of days due to prep work for powder coat. Friday evening (3 full work days later) called and asked if it was ready and was told "just about. Those hinges gave us issues. We had to drill out your bolts...broke 3 bits already". Had ZERO heads-up on that, BUT was told this is 'totally normal - have to do it on all jeeps'. (So heads up JEEP OWNERS). Long, LONG story short.... demanded my jeep back and for it to be towed to Rockwall Jeep for inspection, left VM for the owner, verbally in person told Brandon at the desk to have owner call me, cancelled my lift, but still NEVER got a call. 15 DAYS worth of a run around, no vehicle (this is my only one), almost lost my job, nothing but a bunch of crap and would not give me my Jeep back UNTIL they finished the lift and hinges that I cancelled and didn't give permission to drill out my bolts on. Oh, the best part - still had to pay for this crap! They are scammers! I will not drive my Jeep. I don't know what they did to it, nor do I have faith they know what they are doing, and I for one will NEVER take a single thing there to be done to my vehicle. You would be wise to heed this warning.

These guys are awesome at what they do and really went above and beyond for my Mazdaspeed. I have attach pictures of the design I was going for, then before and after! They really hit it spot on with the design! The colors I wanted were not available, so they workshoped it for me and it came out looking better than I could of ever imagined. Told me about the care process and were very responsive during the entire process. If you give them enough time they are really the best wrap shop in DFW.10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I'm giving 3 stars because I didn't give them much time to do the job, Owner was nice, and they fixed my original issue. But they left studs rattling around the interior of my trim to where I had to take it to my regular mechanic to fix. 7 plastic fasteners for the interior trim are either missing or broken, maybe they lost it maybe they didn't but they could have let me know. They also didn't secure another piece of trim connecting the spoiler, easy to fix but not good attention to detail. Also one guy moving the cars was super annoying, we get that you're busy, I'm just there to drop off/pick up my stuff and get out of there. I don't know if I would/would not recommend this shop, just not a good first impression.Service: Body & Trim

Got a flat right in front of the shop at 10pm at night. Luckily the owner was just closing and he helped me fix it. He went out of his way for 2 hours trying to fix my wheel and ended up doing so. Great people and great prices. Will be getting all of my custom work done here from now on!

Husband took my car for tint (we did the ceramic) helps out tremendously with this Texas heat! They were super fast and all around great group of people to work with definitely recommend!

I just met this group… and there customer service makes you want to spend more and more time with them. I enjoyed my first experience. About to have work done and I’m thrilled. I would recommend them just based on their customer service it’s hard to find today. I myself am a business owner and I understand how important it is to your business. And these guys have it. They searched for the keyless entry code to my vehicle without charge. And I’ve had this vehicle 8 yrs and never knew it. I was amazed to find such care. Thanks guys for your kindness. I’ve gotten excited just looking at all the excellent work they have done. Just Amazing? I’m next ?????
