These clowns continue to disappoint, if you cannot make a deadline that’s fine reach out, let the customer know. The reason customer get pissed is the ever more costly costs of ownership..and just look at the fees! These “ride now” stores charge double I. Some cases the factory set price, now ask why? However that is another issue altogether, this review is specifically aimed at being misinformed and left to wonder, I cannot recommend another dealership more, do not get hustled and lied to, don’t get overcharged from Shipping and freight to service labor rate. If you are expecting to get customer service you will get none, that is across the board a ride now policy, as soon as the vehicle gets done (and it’s weeks past the original timeline) it will be the last dime these lazy crooks will get from my insurance. Do yourselves a favor you see “ride now” run now!

If you're in the market for a side by side look for a company that values their customers more than these people do. I purchased a 2022 RZR pro XP from this dealership back in June. Unfortunately I experienced a rollover and had to send the machine in for repairs. I advised the service technician that the radiator had been damaged in the rollover as well as several body panels and the roof. He told me they would have the work completed in 2 to 3 weeks. Over a month later the work had still not been completed and I was told they were still awaiting parts. Finally I got the call to come pick up my machine and when I got to the dealership noticed that several of the body panels were still damaged along with the roof. To top it off the radiator was still leaking, which I had specifically asked the service technician if it had been replaced and he told me it had. Obviously I couldn't take the machine in this condition so I left it with them and told them to complete the repairs and deliver it to me. 2 weeks later they deliver the machine to me and several of the body panels still had the same damage, the roof had not been replaced, there were several bolts missing including bolts from the ROLL CAGE!!! On top of that they didn't even fill the reservoir with antifreeze after replacing the radiator! They told me to hang on to the unit and they would order the necessary parts and contact me when the parts were in. A month and a half later I was contacted by the shop saying that the parts were there but they had forgotten about me. I informed them I would not be taking my machine back to them and I asked for an itemized bill so that I could see what work I was paying for exactly since half of it hadn't been done. This is when their service manager, thomas, started threatening me asking "how do we know you didn't do any work on it and messed this up yourself" and "how do we know you haven't rolled it again". If this sounds like the type of company you'd like to do business with then more power to you but it's definitely not for me!!!

If you see an ATV that you maybe interested in on the web and the price listed looks good. Then like me, you are skeptical and decide to drive over and look at it.When there, you see a card attached to the handle bars, with a big QR code on it. So you take out your phone and scan it and the price you saw online pops up.The saleman(nice guy), walks over and you ask the price and are told the same price again.You tell him that you are interested so you fill out the paperwork. Afterwards a person from the back comes out and shows you cost breakdown that is about $2500.00 more then the listed price. Then I mention the online price, the QR code and the quoted cost. He tells me about the small print about shipping cost and other add-ons. I just left.This is the history of my experience at this dealership.

Zach and the RNF staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, I put a wrong gas in my tank and didn’t start. I don’t have time fix it myself and Zach was there to the rescue. Bought my GSXR here. And couldn’t be more happier with my experience!!!

If you are looking to buy a SXS and want to test drive some units to see which you like best, the answer is no we won’t do that. Ask if they can drive and you ride, the answer is no we won’t do that. I’m guessing they want you to spend 17-20k or more on it and then you can have your “test drive” to see if you like it.Thanks for the response. However, your policy is a bit ridiculous if you want people to buy expensive items such as you sale. Texas Adventure Powersports was able to let me test which unit I wanted and I purchased a couple grand of accessories to go with my new 2023 Defender HD9 Max. Good luck in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, their customer service is NOT even worth the 1 star. Took our buggy in for what they said would take a week to fix. 3 months and 3 payments on our buggy later and we keep hearing “we will get to it next week”, “it will be done by this weekend”, “it will be ready for you to pick up next week., “well the parts you are needing are on back order” (AFTER telling us the week prior that the part came in and they were working on it already.) Honesty with customers is how you make a business flourish. Not whatever RideNow is doing.

I recently bought a 2023 Polaris® Ranger 570 Full-Size from Clay (GM) and Sam (Sales) who took great care of me. No pressure and priced to my satisfaction. Jay provided some training on the ins/outs of the vehicle and Heather helped in Parts. They have a lot to choose from so stop by for a visit!

Took her new to her spyder to Ride Now for handling issues. Was asked if I need help by the 1st person I encountered in the parking lot and everyone there after. Scheduled an appointment with Gil who was very polite and helpful. Had the bike back in 8 working days which is far far faster than the nightmares I've heard about at many other dealerships. Met with Nick the mechanic who told me what he did and showed me the bent tie rod he replaced, very polite also. Thank you guys the bike is night and day difference in handling and my girlfriend is ecstatic. Also thanks JJ who I spoke with on the phone and the girl who took care of a credit for me, both very polite. Will definitely continue to do business with ride now.

RideNow Forney is very open and transparent with their customers and very hospitable. They talked terms over the phone so I wouldn't waste a trip to the dealership if I couldn't afford it. They offered me a place to sit and water while I waited. When I told them it would be my first bike, they jumped to make sure that I was confident in how to ride the bike and how to be safe.This is a far cry from the first dealership I tried to buy, which from refused to talk financing over the phone and waited until I walked into the dealership on a budget to try and talk terms, demanding double the down payment I had warned them I had to work with.RideNow Forney has certainly earned by business going forward. Never will i do business with them again! Young sales guy Sam lied to me twice first time cost me the rental of a u-haul trailer because the winch was not installed within 5 days so it wasn't ready cost 58dollars plus my gas,and atv not cleaned up as promised. Lie number two we will install winch and deliver in a couple of days and he will have cleaned up or he will do it his self personally, OK delivered not cleaned up Don't bull s*** customers! I buy the winch around about 300 ok, 600 hundred labor to mount a winch 600. I'm charged a dealer assembly fee/ set up, It's used already been set up 788.50 really! DONE!
