We have had a unit there for over 10 years. Arrived to go through the unit and our key no longer works, yes our account is in good standing. The office is supposed to open at 10. At 11, with no one in the office we were told someone would be there at 10 the following day and will have to wait. We took time off work to do this. The person we talked to also said we are not allowed to cut our lock on our unit. Very rude and unprofessional. We will now be leaving this company

Will already at a bad start. Spoke to someone june 16 saying they live on lot and would be fine meeting after normal hours do to my work schedule. Get here and the only person here was kinda rude when I explained what was going on. Told me to call the number on the gate. Idk if it was that guy I spoke with on the phone or this guy but not happy with how this is being handled. My just cancel my storage and go some place eles.

Chose to use a storage facilities outside the city was fortunate enough to find this particular NSA storage location. Eric 🌟🌟🌟is amazing always attentative ,available ,supportive, and helping you to ensure that your unit is meeting your needs as well it clean and meeting my expectations. The young Lady in the office (I believe Brittany?) has been exceptional as well very impressed with her performance to ensure we feel valued and supported and appreciated . Did I mention that I rented three units from this facility to facilitate my move to a new home definitely convenient and affordable.

Eric was phenomenal! I was loosing my shit over other things that happened in my day and he just turned it around! Answered all my questions, showed me around my space and sent me on my way better than I was when I got there ☺️

Eric went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! We got the parking space over the phone with a lady but the parking space wasn’t what we expected when we arrived. Eric was on shift and he went as far as physically showing us the spots we were interested in that were available. He was very patient and it was our pleasure doing business with him! We are very satisfied!

This Place got robbed the first week I moved in (It was the owners that did it). When I was about to vacate my things were covered in rust and mold I had insurance through the facility. They refused to work with the insurance to get my claim took care of lied and said there was no leak. This Storage is a Scam and the hire people to break into the storage units.DO NOT RENT HERE
