auction was okay (items worse than described), but their FFL was pricey and charged for an unnecessary transfer

I love Rusty By Design. Best auction house out there! I have run my business very well with the pieces I have bought in the auctions. Can't say enough nice things about this company. Employees are nice always helpful and friendly.

Rusty by Design came out on time, gave a quote for a buy out and take-away and then did exactly what they said they would do. They made our downsizing and move easier.
