Horrible experience. Never going back. First time I go, the lady cut my EDGES after I asked for a trim. I thought she knew what she was doing and I can’t see without my glasses on so I’m thinking everything’s fine. I wanted ginger hair, I got ORANGE. I now said okay maybe that was just a bad luck day let’s try again MONTHS later. I went yesterday and again, it was just an overcharge… why tf did a color cost damn near $100? And the lady just butchered my whole hair with a cut I didn’t ask for! I said trim the ends and she just started cutting my whole hair without evening it out ??♀️ ajist horrible service man I can’t even explain it. Butchered the hell out my hair and my birthday is in a couple days!!!!!

I will not be going back. I've noticed a lack of attention to detail that can't be excused any further. If it wasnt for the fact they knocked it out the park for my wedding I'd give 2 stars

This salon is in my neighborhood, and i have yet to get great customer service. Every time i walk in, they don't ask, "Can i help you be right with you?"So i have walked out plenty of times, and nobody seems to care

The worst cut. My sons hair is AWFUL!!I was in there yesterday to get my sons hair cut for school. I told the lady he hates his hair spiked. She spiked it. I didn’t say anything, paid and left. but when we washed it out later that night… I saw why she spiked his hair - to hide the fact she over cut his hair on one side. It’s so bad!!! So bad! I would have rather she said she made a mistake, they happen, and fix his hair to blend it all in. Even if it was shorter, his hair grows fast as it is! I’m so mad she hid the mistake and had me still pay and walk out.I’ll be calling tomorrow to get a refund. She knows she messed up.

UPDATE: (4 days later) The store looks to be permanently closed. The lights were off and security gate was pulled down at 2:45pm on a Monday. Their hours say they're open 11-6 on Mondays.I just needed to buy some shampoo. Stood in the front of the store for 21 minutes, but noone was there. Walked to the back. Nope. Tried calling. No answer. The Walmart greeter even tried to find the girl who was supposed to be working today. The entire salon was empty. How do you expect to make any money with no employees? I put the shampoo back and left. For management/owner: 4/28/22 from 3:17 - 3:38 ... I mean, it's straight up absurd to have a completely empty (and open to theft) store. I know it's hard to find good employees, but wow!

I called on Friday morning for a hair appointment on Sunday at 10am. I asked if they did African American hair. I was told "of course". I said I want a shampoo and curl. Something told me to call back and confirm, so I called back and confirmed that I was getting a shampoo and curl style. Sunday morning I get there and am now being told, Oh no! Your appointment is with me and all I do is shampoo! I cannot curl your hair! She tried to send me home without my hair styled. I had to ask and suggest if the only black hair stylist I saw could curl my hair after she was my hair! This was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience ever! I even called the manager and never heard back! Never coming here again!!

Set up a time online and arrived 10 minutes early. The two haircutters never spoke to me and took forever on the customers ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour, I gave up and left. Will never go back.
