Samantha was very professional, she was fast and accurate with covering my request. I needed 4 phones converted from AT&T she made the process smooth and easy. She found me a family plan that works for my budget. I highly recommend this location and please ask for Samantha she is the best customer service rep I meet in years.

Anita was super helpful getting my Dad’s account set up, number transferred from another carrier (not as easy as it sounds), and she put on his screen saver and phone case. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you Anita!

smh, i don’t even know know where to start. this store is the worst Cricket I’ve ever gone to. First of all, there was an unusual weird smell in the store. Second of all, the manager that helped me I think her name was Anotta was giving me overpriced phones. Third of all, her and her little employee were having a side conversation while she was attending me. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Worst customer service ever. Manager of the store (Anita) made a mistake while hooking up an additional line and blamed me. Instead of fixing the problem, she tried to charge me $450 for a phone that would have cost $300 before her mistake. I refused to pay the additional amount, so she kicked my elderly mother's phone off of the Cricket network. Apparently to this business, the customer is always expendable.

Store employee nice. It is bad that they don't give existing customers the same deals as new customers. As a result, we are going to another dealer next billing cycle.

Stop telling customer that the case and screen protector come with the phone. I was told this but when I looked at the receipt I was charged. Plus training needs a little improvement. The screen saver had a few air bubbles and it cracked before I got home and I didn't even drop it. She gave us an extra one so it makes me think she mad a error on the install. We purchased two phones so why not a extra for both.? Must do better ?
