Does not accept QR codes despite being listed as a facility that does. Plus, the location reeks of weed. Very unprofessional.

I had a very pleasant experience at Taylor Mail Center, especially services provided by Mr. Timothy! He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I was in a hurry with my prints and he helped me in my time of need, because of his services I will visit the store again!

Worst customer service in my lifetime ,dude kept calling me buddy & not in a good way,if you want attitude with poor service he got you covered well buddy Taylor I can't respond directly I wasn't rushing the person but you having a bad attitude and being lazy is not good customer service well Ms Tonya obviously you don't have audio or even aware of the buddy name on the first vist to your company 2 months ago infact he your employe I guess 'buddy' Said I remember u and continued with tbe disrespect ,I let it go.the 1st time even came back for service but yall have an attitude Its that simple

Wow! What great service!! I was headed to a listing appointment and needed to print off a few extra things for a seller. My printer hit a snag. I called and the owner told me to email him the documents and he’d have them printed and ready for pick up. I showed up at the time I mentioned and they were ready to go! Paid and left in less than 5 minutes. I’ll be using them again for all my printing and mailing needs.
