Great service with transparent market pricing! I took my HP in for a screen repair, but the replaced screen was defective. The techs promptly accepted the return and replaced the screen without hesitation. Not only did they fix it quickly, but they also replaced my battery. I also had my daughter's phone screen repaired and will be dropping off my husband's computer and phone next—we go through a lot of electronics!

Our business had several (30+) devices repaired at TechShark over the past 5 years, from iPads to iPhones to Samsung Galaxy devices. Service and repair is extremely great. They clearly explain everything and show you the issue if it can't be fixed or the cost is not worth the repair.

Been here about 4 times the last 2 years and they have kept my cell phone running for way cheaper than getting a new one. Just found out you can change a battery out and it only take 15 mins and it was under $100. no brainer right?

Exceptional service and knowledge of cellphones. Sam makes customers feel appreciated and shows real concern for their issues. I could not pair existing phone with new phone since it would not stay connected to Bluetooth. Sam had a few issues but was able to transfer data and apps to get me back on the phone. I would recommend him to family and friends with no reservations.
